I ordered a roast beef sandwich with a fountain soda and chips and one oatmeal cookie. As I was getting my drink the next customer ordered her sandwich. She asked for fresh bread. Once I bit into my sandwich I know why she asked for fresh bread mine was staled. The cookie was hard as a rock. I will never go back to this establishment. The over cleanliness was lacking. The drink lids were scattered broken and un replenished. The employee was not friendly at all. I asked for extra lettuce and he gave me the tiniest pinch extra. He barely put any on to begin with.

The other reviews are right - this is a horrible Subway. The very rude manager wouldn't let me wait inside the EMPTY store while he made my sandwiches because I had submitted my order from my phone and he didn't want any "instructions." Had to wait in the cold at night.And the sandwiches were WAY worse than other Subways. Not going to this location again.

They don't take coupons...They mislead customers with lower prices, and later at the check out charge higher price!!!!Ordered one footlong sandwich with a posted on a wall price $8.89, no extras, but at the register price went up to around nine and a half, and after taxes was around ten and a half dollars!!!!Canceled transanction and just left...

Let me just say the employee had a strong accent and the customer in front of me didn't speak loud enough. This created a language communication problem so much I had to intervene and assist with his order. Now we walked in at different times and drove different cars and because I helped the customer with their order. The employee assumed we were together and tried to charge me for his sandwich as well. The employee took so long with the the customer before me, his mom popped in twice to see why. You would think the employee had plenty enough time to not forget the meatballs in the boys sandwich and the avocado in one of my sandwiches. They have cheat sheets for every sandwich right in front of them. Each sandwich has its own ingredients that it comes with, so why ask the customer what they want on it. The supervisor gave her employee a desperate look and almost jumped in to help out a couple of times. She decided not to intervene and not say anything so the order took longer than need be. A simple case of "my English is not so good". I told the kid better check your sandwich before you leave because he didn't put any meatballs on it. I don't know the outcome but how do you forget the meatballs on a Meatball sandwich? Or the avocado on a turkey and avocado sandwih. Well this guy did. One more thing, I think the employee missed his customer service orientation because he had none. There are like 10 parking stalls that say 20 min parking. With no shade. I'll just say this say this..I won't be back. Gotta go, have a nice day.Parking: One row parking 20 min max posted. Have fun.

the older male was very rude & inpatient , made my sandwich very sloppy.he practically through my change at me. Bathroom was disgusting. Smelled like urine. definitely felt gross while being there & not welcoming.

The service was horrible an old Hispanic male took mine and my girlfriends order and the guy had such for no reason rushing us and slamming the mayo and he didn't even bother to bag our food and when we asked for the bag he made us bag it ourselves. Overall bad experience mainly due to the guy

A few years back I worked near a Subway that was extremely consistent, all the time. This Subway is satisfactory. I ordered the Spicy Italian on provolone and wheat, toasted, then loaded it with all the usual fixings (lettuce, tomato, spinach, red onion, olives, some mayo, sweet onion sauce). The portion was perfect. But I thought the vegetables maybe needed to be washed a bit, or perhaps were not as fresh. Besides this point, the folks here delivered a solid sandwich. Cookies are also an excellent addition.

I went in to buy a sandwich some guy ahead of me did not have enough money to pay for his full sandwich , he let the manager or owner know he will go back to pay . He agreed once he left it was my turn .. i ordered my sandwich and i told the guy " hey ill pay whats left of the guys sandwich witch was about 2 or 3 bucks , owner ( or manager ) said if you pay you pay full price .. i was super pissed off so i just paid it off ... guy is a a** i would never step foot in that subway in ever again !
