Will never go back not worth the money Hamburgers. They only came with sweet pickles which I don't like, and sauce,where's the lettuce, tomatoes, onion rings not good .Nobody in drive thru had to park . What!!! Never again.

I've been driving by KFC for years didn't know A & W was inside. Eureka today Thursday September 23, 2022. I cannot remember a better burger except FuddRucker in Palo Alto. Juicy hot delicious burger, crispy fries and sweet sugar free authentic Root Beer. Definitely worth the money for a Papa Burger ( 2 patties ), reg fries and medium drink.

I decided I wanted some coney dogs for dinner and went to A&W and that was a mistake. I told them I had a coupon and ordered 4 coney dogs and no where on the coupon does it say limit. They told me I could only get 2 for the coupon price and pay regular price for the other two. I have gone to this restaurant for years with coupons and I don't go there all the time but do go a few times a year. I was pissed and will never go back to buy anything ever again they just lost a customer.

First off I've never had a fully satisfying experience here always due to not getting my order correct. They were soooooooo close this time but they forgot my large fry which was not a big deal I just waited in line and I got it along with an apology. The thing that go me was... I ordered the large(regular) sized polar swirl which costed almost $5 and when I got it it was barely at the halfway point in the cup. Now I don't know if this is a normal serving size for this treat or what but I could've gotten a rootbeer float for around the same price or gone next door and gotten a McFlurry for around the same price and gotten more. I do like the place but what you pay for the food is getting crazy compared to what you actually get.

First of all this rating is for the kfc which is also a&w. I'm on the keto diet and when I asked if I could get a grilled chicken because of my diet. The person at the counter was very rude and used some bad language and told me to go home and cook.

Where do I start on this experience. Was driving thru town and decided to get some 2 bacon cheeseburger combos. Initially when ordered we were asked to pull to the side. So we did. 15min later still no food. Finally someone came to our car and realized they gave our order away. They were going to remake as soon as possible. I gave them our receipt to make sure they got the order right. Another 15min passed and our food finally arrived! Noticed right away the burgers were there but no fries. Finally I went inside and they made us 2 orders of fries to go. Finally on the road and I was excited to eat, yet when I opened my bacon cheeseburger with no mustard that I ordered I instead found a hamburger with no cheese or bacon and mustard with a cold patty. Luckily my wife's burger was correct, but still cold. By far this is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. We will never come back to this location!

I was in Merced visiting a friend and we went old school with root beer floats.
Dinning room is not open like all the other restaurants.
