Customer service was friendly but I had order two bagels and called ahead around 11am it was 12:45noon when I went to pick up my order and when I got there they only had one bagel order ready?? They told me it would be a 15minute wait for my order and I waited longer than that I don't see how they do not check the orders to make sure they are correct ahead of time . Especially because this was an order from my boss for. A meeting they had already waited & even on my bag order they even wrote down that I had order two bagels not one . I love the bagels so does my boss but communication and double checking orders for your customers is. A must you shouldn't keep taking orders without making sure your current are correct .

The atmosphere of the place was great. But they don’t seem to follow food handlers guidelines. I ordered a bagel sandwich and received my food with a hair in it. They don’t wear hair nets so that wasn’t to surprising. But they also lack the skills to actually cut the bagel properly. Not only did my food have hair in it but it wasn’t cut all the way so when I went to try to eat it (before finding said hair) it ripped apart all wonky. With the time frame being close to 40 minutes I figured I’d receive an amazing lunch but that was definitely not the case. Now I understand why their prices are so cheap. It’s because their food standards are cheap as well!! They also took a bunch of orders for bagels they were running out of. I don’t want to pay for my food wait 30mins to find out my choice of bagel is now out. You know how many you make and stock each morning so paying attention to that would be great. Instead of expecting customers to change their order for your convenience after they have paid. Absolutely ridiculous place.

Their bagels are amazing! The customer service is always great and welcoming. I'm a regular customer that enjoys their Bee sting with no honey, add sausage and add chipotle mayo! You can thank me later P.S. if you don't like spicy, that recommendation is probably not for you. The shop is always clean and they are always making sure you're taken care of while enjoying your food there.

I’ve never written a review before but this place is my favorite. Anytime I’m sad I come here for a perfect coffee and a bagel. Not too sweet, not bitter at all. One time they ran out of lox cream cheese so they just put fresh lox on my bagel and it made my day.

I picked up blueberry and garlic, and both were delicious!
Exceptional service every time. The food is always amazing. I get a bagel sandwich almost every time I go paired with an iced coffee. Today I got the bee sting on garlic bagel and an iced carmellato. It's also a cute little place to eat and enjoy.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE BAGEL TYME, the bagels are amazing, and so are the smoothies. The women who work there are really nice and the restaurant is also a really nice place.
