I was placing my order on drive thru and the young lady that was helping me was very rude and she has very bad customer service experience no “thank you “ or “your welcome” making faces the whole time I was paying.

Employees are horrible. Left us sitting in drivethru waiting to order for about 10 minutes after we were told they'dbe right with us. Had to keep saying hello at the box. Once she came she just kept blurting how can I help you.

I am distraught! I ordered a 12 piece chicken fries and they only gave me 8. You cannot even fathom the dismay i felt at opening my bag and only seeing 8 chicken. My day is ruined, I was contemplating ending it all today and the only thing that was keeping me here was the thought of my chicken. I hope the workers at this burger king know they are my 13th reason.

I went to order the mushroom Swiss and the store had no Swiss cheese at all. My daughter went to order the cheesy tater tots and couldn't have them either. So we tried to substitute and the sandwich with cheddar cheese Mushroom Burger was disgusting, very disgusting.
