This branch is apparently out of service but it doesn't reflect anywhere. The number "had been changed" and the new number is "unknown".I learned all this the hard way by ordering online through Dickey's, driving across town to pick up the food, only to find a pitch black shop several hours before their posted closing times. And my card got charged.What a shame, I normally like Dickeys and was excited to find out Merced had one.

Very friendly service, the girl working made sure we had a nice experience! My personal favourite dish from here is the brisket mac & cheese with (sweet) barbecue sauce. It's never disappointed so far. ? Ribs weren't dry, either. Never a bad experience for me. ?

This is a joke spent 50$ for some small portion I ordered three meat plates definitely felt finnese no barbecue sauce and only like five slices of meat all together
Just get here at 8:12 pm and there closed u really need to update ur web site I drove 1 hour to get here for nothing it says on the web site that it closes at 9 :00 pm but no not happy at all

I've come here twice in the past eight days, but even though the doors say they're open until 8pm, they close up shop promptly at 7pm. I can't tell if this is a mistake on the sign or closing staff deciding they want to leave sooner than they otherwise might.The first time, they started putting chairs on tables right after we got our food and sat down. Tonight, we came in at 7:15p to find it in a similar state and staff saying they were closed.A week ago, the food was fairly good but didn't seem like it was kept to temperature. The guy behind the counter was wearing gloves, but was touching everything with them, even the food he was putting on our plates, the trays, the register, everything. This left greasy fingerprints on everything he touched, which was a little bit of a turn off.The staff cleaning up around us as we ate, a little under an hour before their door said they were going to close also was kind of a turn off.I ordered a daily special, but it was apparently rung up the same as the normal menu item, but I didn't bother trying to get any money back. They turned away a customer as we were leaving, who seemed confused about their hours as well.Please, Dickeys, don't bother reaching out on these reviews with your social media team. CHECK THE RESTAURANT and fix the problems.

How does this place stay in business? This franchise as a whole has really gone downhill. The Merced store is the worst one we have been to by far. We thought we would give it one more shot…should have known better. Poor food and bad service again. No more chances…Stay away!

I ordered the 3 family meal, brisket, mac and cheese and pulled pork and more and it was perfect!!! On time and hot and ready to go. A+++. I usually don't do reviews but I was so pleased that I just had to leave a review. Thank you guys!
All I got was a slider and soda. ⅓ of the slider was fat and the meat was mushy. This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Not so much any more.

Drove 1 1/2 hrs to meet some friends for lunch HERE only to be told we couldn’t sit inside with out food unless we were with a group. No sign on door or table’s saying so.will never come here again.

2 stars because I'm hoping there's always room for improvement. The "pulled pork" and and shredded chicken" was sooooo dry. The extra bbq sauce couldn't bring it back to life. The potatoes in the potatoes salad were hella hard just like the dinner rolls . Honestly the only thing I ate was the pork n beans. The lemonade came in a gallon jug that was watered down. Almost tasted like country time lemonade. It was bad! I'll NEVER order food from there again......EVER.

I only gave a one because the people gave us great service except they said we couldn't have anything fried because it was for the on line customers. The food was extremely small portions and had no flavor. The pulled pork was nothing but fat

Awful! When I first started working in town. Tried them out for lunch. Really great service but underwhelming BBQ. Tried them again today through DoorDash. The two meat platter with two sides. The two small pieces of brisket were cold and dry. The sausage was ok. No BBQ sauce I ordered. The string beans were black with no sign of bacon. The coleslaw no flavor. Order pecan pie. Got a note that said sorry out of pie attached to some packaged cookie. Most of it went into the trash. Oh, no utensils for my order.Never again!
