If you have not eaten there you really you won't be disappointed great foodParking: nice parking lot good size easy to findWheelchair accessibility: only thing I can say is there is a to entry way good for wheel chairs. The only thing is that the doors are heavy-duty and they do not have a button for electric doors to open. I couldn't and can not understand most restaurants in our area do not have electric door buttons so doors will open automatically and that is a great idea for handling handicap issues

Hey Tlahualil,So.. you were one of the first places my friends and I tried in the Merced area and it was a great experience. Well it's still super hot in there as there is no AC and coupled with the hot summer - hoowee... but I would still come here whenever people visit from out of town for one reason and one reason only. The Molcajetes. There aren't many unique foods in Merced, so this is what we have people try.Look, I'll be frank, the other food items, are good but standard fare. Not too fancy, nothing that stands out too much, all good mind you. But that Molcajete is an experience and at a relatively reasonable price. Why relative? Because Molcajetes can be very expensive at a lot of restaurants (think $25-$35 each). It's this deconstructed hot stone bowl of goodness but something I rarely get to try elsewhere because it's really expensive. Not only that, it's not a dish that doesn't require a lot of hard cooking and nuance chef work... its a lot of stuff put into a stone bowl...so the price tag for this in some restaurants is just too much.But you? You are relatively cheaper. Similar to the price of a fajita. So is it good? Oh yeah. I really enjoy it every time and leaves me full and happy.My recommendation to those who visit you? - get the mixed Molcajete. I think the chicken (I never order anything chicken at a Mexican restaurant, but in this dish, it's really good) and the shrimp are both good. Get mixed, unless you are sharing with a friend, then get chicken and shrimp separate and share! (better deal that way). Oh and pick the red sauce. It's spicier, but it's more flavorful. My opinion. Also it's a lot of food, so if you are a not a big eater, split one.I've tried other things but I always go back to Molcajete.I tried Molcajete at another place before, but it wasn't as good and more expensive. So you are my Molcajete place :)But hey, don't raise the price on this. The main reason I come to you and highly recommend this to others partly because it's not overpriced!See you again. hmm kind of feel like molca...
