Stopped for dessert and it was excellent! Ice cream coffee flavor and Reese's flavor were delish. Water based lime one was unexpectedly good and such a hit! Employees were very sweet and patient with our undecided group!!

I was trying to get a crepe on morning and one of the younger employees could not fulfill my request and made a excuse that he could not. The solution could have easily been fixed by using some more PAM or butter on the skillet. Instead of refusing to make another he threw it away and told me to order something else. As well as asking me why I was laughing with my own friend. Am I not allowed to laugh?? I was very disrespected and I leftcrepe-less . I do not recommend getting services from the younger employee with the glasses.

I came in to get a juice and the young girl at the front was honestly really rude. We didn’t know the flavors of the juices and she just kept yelling at us asking if we knew what we wanted and when we asked for a second she started to talk poorly about us to her coworker. I understand that customers coming in before you close is not ideal but we came in at 8:04 and they closed at 9. no excuse.

This store started out having good selection and good service. But now the quality of their products as well as service have gone down hill. Items sold at Frozen World are way overpriced and low in value. Not worth it.The owner of this store also owns the Mexican restaurant across the parking lot, the Agaves Mexican Grill. Expect rudeness from the owner if you have to reach out to her.

Went and had bought a frescas con crema. They had kids making it and ringing me up. They placed it in a container that ended up leaking out on the ride home. When I called to complain, the kids picked up the phone, refused to tell me the mangers name. When I followed up the call the next day hoping for an adult I was still faced with the same issue. Do not recommend. Not professional and not worth the 12$ I spent on 1 banana, 2 strawberries and a half an apple

The girls are always really nice when my friends and I go in. The aguas frescas are so good and refreshing. I love that they aren't overally sweet. I've also had their paletas and corn in a cup. Both are very good!!
