I love going to the Jack in the box on v. Street in Merced. There's a young lady. By the name of Linda s and she is amazing, her energy. And her customer service supersedes.Any expectation that I might have had?She truly goes above and beyond for all her customers. Every time I pull up she's always Polite and respectful.with a smile from ear to ear. Thank you, Linda s for your hard work. And dedication to your customers. I appreciate you so much. You always answer the call and go above and beyond

My bf and I spent at least $40. Wild. My bf and I went through the drive-through we ordered and we had at least three bags of food. We got home and started eating and once we looked in our fries we had a completely different fork from a different restaurant with mold on it plus hair. The workers themselves told us that fork isn’t from jack n the box.I don’t feel like that is what you want to have at your company store. Make your workers MANDATORY wear hair nets. It is necessary otherwise this restaurant needs to be closed. THANKS.

This was,hands down,the best drive-thru food experience I've ever had. All of my food, including the fries,were hot,fresh and very neat. I know the neat part sounds funny, but you've all had the bag of food handed to you that looks like it was blown in by the Ford wind test tunnel. Not here,the staff was incredibly friendly and on point,smiles all around and running like a finely tuned Rolls Royce,not only would I like to extend a huge kudos to the evening staff on 1-24-24 at around 9:45pm,but to the manager or team lead as well for keeping the moral up in these trying times, I'm sure its not an easy job. Thank you for your hard work and A+ attitude!!! Kudos to y'all at Jack in the Box!!!!?

I was a bit disappointed with the service on this occasion. All I wanted was a hot cup of coffee on this bitter cold night and what I got was a luke warm cup of coffee. I was informed by the young man taking my money, that there was no creamer for the coffee but if I wanted milk, I could purchase a child's milk for $3 more. So in total I bought a lousy cup of coffee for $7. I think it would have been nice if the mgr would have offered the milk for free because it wasn't my fault the store ran out of coffee creamer. I'm just saying.

And he tells me "We're pretty fast, we put the fast in fast food"? i should have slapped him in his mouth thats rude and unprofessional af!!!???

My son and I just went to Jack and the Box looking for an Egg McMuffin oh but that would be McDonald's so there's sandwiches or just too much for me and him to only spend $5 I ended up getting him a cheeseburger with an added meet because he wanted a double cheeseburger but they did not have those it costed an extra dollar so I paid $2.59 for a double cheeseburger and got myself two tacos for a $1.29. As he was eating his double cheeseburger a realized there was mustard which he does not like so I gave him money to get another while I ate his I was appalled by this hamburger with the thin little meats that did not taste like meat not sure if it was meat. I wish I had gone to McDonald's or Burger King. Jack and the Box used to be my favorite place when I was younger but they are cutting the quantity down and raising prices. I always loved their Jumbo Jack but the last time I got a Jumbo Jack I told myself I would never get one again. So I guess now I know Jack and the box is not a place I will ever go again10/31/23 well I guess I totally forgot about what I wrote Because I just went there again and the Jumbo Jack was so horrible looking. Didn't taste bad but was terrible. My girlfriend got the poppers and there was no cheese they were cooked way too long and the cheese must have oozed out into the grease because they were so dry. What is happening with our restaurants today. It's so unbelievable how disgusting they have become and have raised the prices. This time I added a couple of photos
