I ordered a vanilla blue sky with banana added but instead i got dirty sink water with no bananas and i’ve tried calling several times but no answer. I order from here all the time but this time it really sucked :(

I love Jamba but this location is Run by kids who lie after getting your order wrong. Vanessa/victoria needs to learn to apologize for not doing substitutions minutes after they were requested. She went from "i made it right" to "i told her to do it" when i responded "but you said you made it" she hung up. Extremely unprofessional, I'd expect better from a Jamba Juice. The workers here need training on saving the shit customer service for people who actually deserve it. -high hope customer who couldn't enjoy her already overpriced doordash.

Prices have gone up a lot. PB Chocolate is still very good.Edit: Looking back the 3 review was harsh. I did enjoy the drink. "The prices have gone up a lot" was not a reflection or negative comment on Jamba itself, but rather on prices going up in general. I have updated my review to 4.

I don’t understand how you have a sign up for product and then don’t make it and the oven wasn’t hot because they got there late so it wasn’t ready, seems to be a common issue with that location, I travel to Fresno frequently and never have this problem, I hope the second location in Merced is run better.

It was so hot today and I decided to get some Jamba Juice to cook off my body with friends. I got the new drink, Tropical Dragon Twist and it’s delicious! Would definitely recommend this drink and come here again.

Great employees, and great atmosphere. These employees bust their hump. I see customers get upset with them for their smoothie taking more than 5 minutes to make. Little does anyone know, the person who ordered in front of them, ordered 30 smoothies or probably 200 impossible sandwiches. Have some patience people! Quality takes good effort and time. ?Thank you to GM Diana for making me a treat of a smoothie!

Super great experience tonight. Our smoothies & bowls were great and the service was phenomenal. Olivia was our server and she was extremely friendly and patient with us even when we kept going back and fourth on our order.

I just have to say that I never have a bad experience at this store. All the staff are so darn sweet and respectful, which I have not seen at some of the other store in the area. They are always in stock of the ingredients for whatever smoothie I want, which most of the other stores in the area seem to always be out of something. The store and bathroom are always clean and there is never more than a short wait as they are very speedy. All in all, this is my favorite store to go to in as I appreciate the wonderful customer service and I highly recommend to everyone. Thanks for a great experience!
