I ordered Carry-Out today. Jenny was pleasant while taking my order and handing me my goodies. The food was packaged very thoughtfully to ensure a safe trip home. I purchased a Tri tip sandwich and a Turkey sandwich. Both were delicious as usual! Support Local! ?

Visiting from Washington and my sister and niece brought us sandwiches. I had the best turkey sandwich I've ever had!

So this was our first time here as my husband had seen ads on Facebook for it. It is a small little bakery with 4-5 tables. We went for food, not the bakery part. Their menu is fairly small. My husband got the pancake special which came with 2 sausage. The pancakes were huge, thick and delicious! I got the turkey sandwhich and side salad. I was weary of the garlic cream cheese, but wanted to give it a shot as it was on the menu. I was not a fan of the cream cheese, but at home I scraped it off and added mayo and it was so good! It was huge as well! Would of been plenty for my daughter and I to share, but not enough for hubby and I. Next time I'll get it with mayo instead of the cream cheese mix. The bread really stood out to me. Not something I'd ever had before and it was very good! The side salad was also huge and it came with tomato's, cucumbers, and sprouts on top of the greens. The ranch was just how I like, thick and did not taste like bottled ranch at all! The employees were incredibly nice even though they were short staffed and swamped. Cute little place to try out.

Im so glad I stumbled across this cute locally owned restaurant during lunch. The customer service was excellent and everyone was incredibly friendly. The food was also delicious. They have one menu that included their everyday items and another menu with rotating options, which offers great variety of options. My favorite were the chocolate chip cookie , which was perfectly moist and soft for my liking, the soup and the firecracker crackers. So good I had to buy more! If you're ever in Merced and want a delicious meal while supporting a local business, this is the spot to stop at!

Cute place. The service was fast and the waitress was nice. The biscuit was dry and crumbly in texture. Gravy was good but not hot enough. Eggs were cooked well. I didn't care for the taste of the sausage. I heard really good things about the soups. I can't wait to try the lunch menu.

They have a great tritip sandwich. It was big enough for my daughter and I to share. It came with a side and we had a green salad which was also very good. We had the champagne vinaigrette dressing which is so flavorful. My daughter has had the Portuguese beans and says they are very good. Will try them myself next time. Highly recommend you try this place. Keep in mind that selection of food is limited. But what they offer is worth trying and eating. ?

In an unlikely spot with limited indoor seating you are going to discover a real gem of a bakery/sandwich shop. I had the French dip and it was excellent. I prefer a toasted bun but their house made bread was excellent. Their special sauce gave the sandwich a unique but good flavor. It was so wide I had difficulty immersing it in the warm au jus. My wife had a salad which had a beautiful presentation and looked delicious. I mentioned we were celebrating my wife's birthday and they surprised her with a special treat which we took home to enjoy as we were stuffed! Service was friendly and quick. We'll be back!

Amazing service & Food!!! Went in today and bought a couple of tri tip sandwhich with soup meals for my wife and son. While I was waiting with my wife's service dog, they brought our dog sliced up turkey which our dog loved. The staff are very kind, love service animals and make amazing homeade food. A true hidden gem in Merced. Highly recommend!!!

OMG!!!! This place is absolutely amazing. Ordered the tri-tip sandwich, clam chowder, and Portuguese beans along with star fruit lemonade and 2 cookies, one peanut butter and one salted caramel. The Tri-tip was so delicious and had such wonderful flavor. The beans though were the best part. Exactly like my grandfather made. Robust flavor and outstanding sausage with so much complexity. Clam chowder was good but the only thing lacking in the entire meal was the clam chowder could have been thicker for me. The cookies are the bomb! So much better than other places and so incredible with a good buttery taste. Star fruit lemonade was fabulous. Tried a couple bites of the dream pie/cake which was also superb. Have I mentioned how good this place is? So? How's the service? Absolutely stellar! Service is amazing as well. What a hidden gem! Every time I am in Merced, anyone want to guess where to find me? lol

The food is so good! And very filling. Me and my husband went for the first time and the owner is the sweetest woman. She gave great customer service and she had us try samples of her food. Everything was so delicious. You can tell she cares about all her customers and the food she provides for them. She greets everyone by their names and you can just tell she loves what she does. 10/10 recommend we will for sure be back!
