To the manager Destiny, she's doing a great job.this was a very busy morning dealing with a rude homeless yelling at her about some food he didn't pay for, and at the same time attending me and other paying customers. My props to her because she probably doesn't get paid enough.

The drive-thru was hard to find and the signs pointing to where it was did not help. The service was quick to take the order, however they were short on a hashbrown. The wait should have been only 3 to 5 minutes but it took close to 10 minutes for the wait. The drive-thru attendant was really kind at the window but the delivery rep didn't know which order was ours and was looking around.

The McDonald's and the food itself is fine. In fact, they've much improved over the past few months on terms of service.Unfortunately, due to location, expect to see a lot of homeless loitering the area. For the most part they keep close to the street and don't bother anyone, but don't be surprised to see a few near the building acting strange.

Whenever I eat McDonald’s this is usually the location I go to since it’s closest to my house. After years of eating here I can tell that it’s gone waaaayyyy down hill. 2/3 times I can guarantee that they will get your order wrong or forget an item (or 2) from your order. There’s been so many times that they forgot something from my order and I had to get a refund. One time I used a coupon code through the drive thru and when I got to the second window they told me it isn’t showing on their system or on my receipt, so what did the worker do with my code if not input it into my order? That was very annoying since the (rude) worker was saying there’s nothing they can do and the manager didn’t even want to honor the code. My app even reflected that I had recently used a coupon. The majority of workers are rude now and there just needs to be better management. There is no one there that I see working with good work ethics or customer service. Even though it is close to my house I am just going to start driving across town to the other McDonald’s since their establishment is a lot more professional. I suggest you do the same, unless you want bad service and your order to be wrong with missing items.
