I usually don't give bad reviews but this McDonald's needs to step up their game. My sunday was all ice cream hardly any fudge, and I paid for extra fudge so it was kinda disappointing. Also my mc chicken had two tops. It tasted alright but still.....2 tops ? I was more upset about the sundae or lack there of .

Well I went here yesterday and got a bacon egg & cheese biscuit which was hard as a rock then come this morning order a steak bagel with no onion and gave me a sandwich that looks like they put extra onion on it. we asked for ketchup to be put in with our order and had to go in and ask for ketchup after waiting for our food and when I went in I had a very hard time getting someone to help me with ketchup. Very upset I paid such a high price for a sandwich that I won't eat because my stomach can't handle yalls onions. Very disappointed in this location.

Mean old lady says that she called us to get our food which she didn’t. I stood at the front the whole time and i didn’t hear anything. Cashier said they brought the food to YOU which they clearly don’t! We got our food cold and soggy! I seriously don’t recommend coming here. There were about 19 highschoolers cussing and punching each other! I waited for my food for about 30 minutes too. Don’t come here EVER!

Forced me to order through the kiosk I had to get manager approval to order at the counter. It didn't make the transaction feel welcoming or hospitable. The kiosk should be an option not the only option.

First of all I asked the lady to please change my order to a meal so it can be cheaper and still charges me separately for fries and on top of that she asked for my sauces and they never gave it to me in my bag. why ask for my sauces at the intercom when they won’t give it to me at the drive thru????
