The lady is nice but I believe there is miscommunication between her and the cook in the back. I have been here for 1.5 hours but there was no pepperoni at first. Decided to wait. Not sure if lazy or doesn't care but when asked if any pepperoni will be coming out for the buffet she asked the cook if possible. 20 minutes gone by and nothing. Not even a confirmation from the lady but going to assume the cook in the back.

This review is based on the lunch buffet...This is my third time coming here, and we've always gotten their lunch buffet. They have a salad bar, which was great. Wished they had onions as one of the toppings. They also have a wide selection of dressing. The staff here always make sure that there's always pizza available. I like that the slices are small, which makes eating pizza less guilty. The restaurant is always clean. The staff makes sure to clean the table right away when customers leave. My only complaint is that staff seem to have issues making thin crust pizzas when we request them to. The few times that they did, it was gone right away since that was the preference of a lot customers apparently. Mind you, it's not like it's hard to make thin crust. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I hope they keep it up.

This is for the mountain Mike's on G street at Yosemite crossing. We ordered 2 pizzas. One was supposed to be gluten free and one was a large regular crust pizza. When my husband got home with the pizzas we thought it was odd that they were the same size and looked exactly the same except with different toppings. I called to ask what the gluten free was supposed to look like, as we had never had one from there before. I was told it's small size and thin crust, but our pizzas were the same size and the crust looked identical. I called to bring their attention to the matter and was kept on hold for 10 min. I called back and was told to send a picture of the receipt and pizzas. No apology or anything, terrible customer service, the worst part is my son ate some of the pizza before I realized that one wasn't gluten free, so he will probably be sick now, as he has a gluten intolerance. Will not order from here again and will stick with pizza guys for gluten free pizzas. I have not received a response to the pictures I was told to send them.

Through two visits to Mountain Mike's on G x Yosemite, I've concluded that it's best to steer clear of these guys.The first time I went there I was given a cup that had some random goo or sludge-like substance at the bottom which is indicative of poor cleanliness standards. After my group ordered it was a considerable period of time before anything came out, a bit too long for a pizza realistically. Once the pizza arrived it was just ok, it's a thin pizza with average crust and a little sparse in the cheese department, it could have been better. The worst part is that the pizza was over $30 which in my opinion does not reflect it's quality. The TVs were a slight redeeming factor as sometimes there is entertaining things going on but you are at a pizza place to eat, not to watch a game, it should not be the priority.The second time much of the same but they messed up my buddy's order. One key thing though was quite a bit worse.The pizzas were not the best but they weren't bad, now the cinnamon dessert pizza was another story. Take a soggy slice of bread and soak it in olive oil and then put just enough cheese on the pizza to leave a weird sludge texture but not enough to be easily identifiable, then give it a light splash of what looks like cinnamon powder, this was easily the most vile thing I've ever eaten at a professional dining establishment. There should be a waiver that comes with this thing when it arrives because it's dangerous.Overall, both experiences were subpar, any other place in the area is a far better idea.Parking: Various spots near and around the restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There are tables with wheelchair accessible ends.

First time trying this location. Service was great and staff was friendly. This pizza would be great if the consistency of the pizza sauce didn't have chunks of tomato ... which is the reason for the two stars. I've eaten at many chain pizza restaurants as well as independently owned pizzerias ... and I've never had a pizza with chunks of tomato in its pizza sauce. As a general rule, most pizza sauce is usually "smooth" in texture and somewhat thick in viscosity. I initially thought that maybe a few stray tomato toppings ended up on our pizza since every now and then we'll get a stray topping on our pizza that wasn't a topping we ordered ... but it was definitely in the sauce and I even called the restaurant to ask if their sauce is chunky with chunks of tomatoes in it. The person I spoke with confirmed that it's the pizza sauce ... which we didn't care for and perhaps others may not mind. The person I spoke with said that they mix their sauce and it does end up having some chunks of tomato. We like our pizza sauce smooth and more traditional. Otherwise, this would have been great pizza but the chunky pizza sauce killed it for us. Others may not mind though.
