Stopped by on way to Yosemite. There is not outside seating (Yelp said there was). Angie the owner is so welcoming! We had a carne asada torta, it was perfect! It's the panini style pressed with the ridges, love it. We also had the spicy shrimp, perfectly grilled and in an amazing sauce that was not too spicy and just a hint of smokiness. We also got guacamole that seemed liked it had been two avocados just 30 seconds right before it came to table. So fresh! The guacamole was only lightly seasoned, but it was nice with the food.

I thought I had seen more reviews on here.did they get deleted?My uncle has been there a few times and he said that the food TASTED OLD and flavorless .It seems to me like they try to do too much ,when they should just stick to seafood.Kinda hidden location

We had a really nice dinner the food was awesome and the service was spectacular it was our first time going it's a very comfortable chill vibe. I never really noticed the restaurant before we found it because we were searching for ceviche in yelp . When you sit down they give you some chips salsa and a little plate of beans they were so yummy my husband had the ceviche he loved it and I had the Al mojo de ajo (garlic shrimp) it was delicious definitely worth the try

Love this place! My sister just bought a new home in Merced and we have tried out 4 Mexican restaurants so far. This one, by far, is the best of the best and now the only one we go to. We absolutely this place! My favorite is the shrimp ceviche! But really, everything is amazing! Everything tastes so fresh and there is a lot of love in what they do.
Coming from Los Angeles, this burrito was pretty awesome. I got a burrito for 8 dollars carne asada, and it was super good! The people here are so nice, and the ingredients felt super fresh ! Nothing canned or frozen! It was honestly super good and a good size too . They're open outside every FRIDAY, SATURDAY, and SUNDAY! Coming here to Merced for the UC it was a good refreshment to see this outside Mexican food place ! Highly recommend !

Love their tortas! I usually get with carne asada. The bread is soft and crunchy on the outside and they put a perfect amount of meat on it for my taste.
