THIRD TIME, in as many months, Panda forgot an entree--already paid for! The restaurant was great at launch, but has settled to below-average service in the last few months. If within one hour of closing, for example, don't expect to have all entrees and/or reasonable portions. One night, I had four, whole, orange chicken nuggets. So, about $5 of our money: "Poof!" Nov. 18, 2023: Staff were Requiring a Confirmation number, unable to provide, Manager (Darrin) was saying people have been receiving other orders, not Theirs. I Did receive Email stating my order Ready. I was unaware I had to provide a Confirmation Number! I tried sending Email on Panda Express website, Not allowing me to send, 165 E. Yosemite Ave, Merced, CA 95340

Portions are small. They have NEVER given me a fortune cookie, even tho I've ordered from them more than 3 times. The cream cheese rangoons were undercooked, not crispy, and the filling was runny.
