I went in with my 6 yr ol and 10yr my 6yr old got personal tickets from school and had promised to buy a pizza for his brother. Unfortunately one of tickets were expired i spoke ahead of time Malik to ask if he'll just except one of the expired ticket just so my youngest would feel happy he got his older brother a pizza. Malik he was nice to act on it thank you

Me and my husband called to see if they delivered where we were located. Person on phone was RUDE as ever and lied saying they didnt deliver out here, when someone that we talked to in Tractor Supply says they get delivery all the time. DON'T LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!

Not too friendly with their Dashers there was two workers chit-chatting towards the end of the night near closing and I'm standing at the door to get a order that's already done and she just looked at me funny and pointed to the other door instead of being helpful so I go to the other door and I had to call when I was standing and she was looking at me funny I was pointing to the doordash sign that should have been a good hint that I was a doordasher they did have orders anyways she wasted time for the Dasher and made the customers food sit longer all because she was more attentive to flirting than getting orders out to customers.

I usually go to this Pizza Hut but after today I will not be going back. People in the front were very unfriendly and rude.. while I was sitting down they were talking about pervious customers in a negative way. So unprofessional. Plus the pizza had way too much sauce and tasted disgusting.

Customer service sucks. One of the worst I have experienced. I walked in with my brother Inlaw, we stood for a couple of minutes at the fron and there were 2 employees at the front talking to each other and never said anything to greeted or saidanything to us. They just kept talking ignoring us. This happened on Saturday July 15th around 8:40 pm.Is this the new trend?

The Food was so bad I had to wash it down with a glass of sand.
Please everyone make sure you are checking your charges after ordering, they can change the amount they charge you two days after the fact, they did that to my sister and updated her $55 charge to $111 so please be sure to check your charges on your card. It’s wrong for people to do things like this. I don’t see how they could have done this on accident.

I when I got there a customer service guy with glasses in the old lady working she seemed like she was drunk or something they have a horrible attitude problem I don't know however the food came out absolutely disgusting I never tried pizza that tasted like that I didn't want to drive all the way back to take it back the pizza and be a Karen but yeah I highly DONT recommend going to this place

Front door was boarded up so that was weird. It asked the guy what happened and he said he didn’t know he didn’t work that store usually. My app said my food was ready so I went in and dude said he was working on it. Inside was nice and clean and food was good.

Pizza didn’t even taste good or like Pizza Hut. Breadsticks were burnt. Ans the food seemed like it had been sitting for awhile. The bread sticks were a little soggy too. The driver left his change in the car so he couldn’t provide me with change and I had to tip $10 for food we couldn’t eat. I ended up throwing the 2nd pizza and breadsticks away. $47 for inedible food.

First time ordering from this particular Pizza Hut. I used the app and waited 10 minutes passed the time it said my pizza was ready. I chose contactless curbside option and parked in front. I called twice and was just on hold the entire time; I never saw someone pick up a phone inside and it wasn't that busy. Finally went inside and my pizzas were behind the counter ready to go out. I missed out on hot pizza, and one of the pizzas was a little off on the taste for some reason. I'll be avoiding this store in the future if I can help it. My local Pizza Hut is just fine and knows how to do contactless curbside. At least if they removed that option I would know to go inside, but I like using curbside for the convenience.
