Very rude staff in front. Placed a mobile order waited at least 15 min later till or drinks where ready from our mobile order. Ask the girl in the front if she received our order just to make sure. she said that was other counter in a rude tone.

Geez, what’s with the attitude of these workers at Starbucks. I asked politely for what I wanted and the lady taking my order made fun in a condescending way and even laughed afterwards this is so messed up! I literally come here to spend my money like others and this is how we get treated. She wouldn’t have a job if it were not for the customers coming in for some coffee. The food was meh.

Every person in here needs to be re trained the wait is ridiculously long and the customers service skills are trash. Not to top it off my drink always comes out wrong! And if it's not wrong its messy as hell and doesn't look appealing. Being I live right across the street from this Starbucks I was excited to have something so close to me and work but after many trys I will continue to go to a different location.

Cashier tipped himself without asking, I usually tip but someone choosing to tip himself is outright wrong and disrespectful. I won’t be trusting this Starbucks anymore.

This happened to me for the second time. I ordered for a hot chocolate. They made me to wait more than 20 minutes. Later, one of the barista asked me what I ordered and how long I had been waiting there. I answered her and then only she started making me my drink. So, the point is, this place is completely disorganized. Also, I sensed that the staffs were giving first preference to white people as I am brown. Anyways, this is last time I am visiting this place. Don't ever to go there specially if you are people of color.

Spend 35 minutes in the drive-thru lane. Not sure what management is up to but they are not up to management level. Strongly urge Starbucks to train, develop and coach their associates on efficiency.Store manager has a lot of work to do!!

My mobile order was placed at 7:58 am and it wasn’t ready until 8:30 am. I asked how much longer it will be and one of the employees said “I only have two hands” I only asked because I had already waited for 20 minutes. Customer service is terrible.
