In my opinión, I think that the workers need to improve there service. They got my aunts wrong TWICE when the first time she CLEARLY said she wanted a venti matcha caramel frap. The first time They got the size incorrect and the second time They didnt add any caramel. She told the worker to add caramel and she madly and aggressively put caramel on her drink. AND THE WOSRT PART WAS THAT IT WAS MY AUNTS B-DAY. It really affected my aunt emotionally and she didnt even want to keep celebrating her b-day. I am extremly disapointed with the service. The worker's name was Kate.

I will no longer be spending my money at Starbucks companies. I went to Starbucks and ordered a tall coffee no ice. They handed me a half filled cup. I paid $5.75 for half a coffee. Are you joking?!

Food and service were good, only the restrooms were bad; one was completely closed and the second was dirty and out of toilet paper and seat covers. The tables were dirty.
The baristas were welcoming and kind plus it was very fast service at 9 in the morning.

The carmel apple spice cider I got tasted like burnt mop water. When I opened it up it was creamy brown like a latte and not like cider. When I poured it down the drain it had curdled milk chunks at the bottom. Absolutely disgusting. But the PSL was good.
Really need to work on their drinks. They don't have flavor at all. I always avoid this location even though I live near by I will drive to a different location. That's how bad their drinks are here. It was not just one time it's been a few times where their drinks are trash.

This Starbucks is horrible at making drinks. Every time I ask for extra cinnamon and PAY for it, they add almost none at all. This time I asked for cold foam and there was none at all added. I was in a rush so I couldn’t stay to ask for it. Waste of money. Do not go here.

I tried their new recipe: olive oil latte. Its horrible! How can a person come up with the idea to put oil on top of a latte and Starbucks has approved it!
