the best starbucks in merced definitely haha and has a better taste than any other starbucks here employees are always fast and nice :) even when we come here late at night they’re usually quick to have our order

The staff today greeted everyone who came in, were very welcoming, and assisted everyone in a quick and timely manner, which made the experience and the reason for this review. I ordered the new chili(?) dragonfruit venti, which was delicious.

Ordered my drink in the app, no problem. I go to pickup my drink and it was either not made or someone took my drink, again no problem. I finally get my drink and it's not made correctly. Now I'm upset not only am I late to work but my drink is made incorrectly. I ordered a venti americano. So she gets drink pours it in venti cup and just adds water. Then she gets upset cause I said the ratios are all fd up, did not raise voice and instead she said no swearing over coffee. Sorry but not very happy with this. $5 coffee and not able to even drink it.

This has got to consistently be the most disappointing starbucks, they rarely make the drinks right, attitudes are always hot garbage and its not busy enough to justify any of it. How they have 4.2 stars amazes me, google really fixing these reviews heavy ???

Needed to get 15 cups of regular coffee for an event. Had my own thermos. Was told they can’t fill personal containers which was fine. So asked to buy 15 cups of coffee. Was told 45 minutes to do so. There were 3 employees standing around and no customers in line. They didn’t offer a solution. Won’t be back to the R and Main Street location in Merced.

Starbies supports genocide. Their choice isn't the best and it's def not the cheapest. Save your gut, wallet, and soul the grief and get your coffee elsewhere.
Went by today at 8:45 pm Door Sign and App both say it closes at 9:30pm but the doors were already locked. Employees were still inside and no sign or anything on the door about being closed early.

We stopped at this Starbucks to get drinks and use the WiFi while waiting for our kids to be done with their various after school activities. The music was so loud they could not hear us order and it was playing some new wave music that was so obnoxious that everyone from old to young was complaining about it. The staff did not care when a gentleman asked to at least turn it down. If you have anything you want to concentrate on or if you are wanting to have a conversation don't go to this Starbucks.
