Came in 3/20/24 at 7am and the older woman taking orders was so rude. She was rude to us and the man in front of us when it was her fault she didn’t get his sandwich right. I would think at her old age she would know how to control her frustrations by now.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks around, I would drive out of my way to come here. They were fast, polite and got my order right every time.They’ve recently hired some new staff that seems to not be able to keep up with the fast pace environment and as a result they are not as friendly and sometimes even rude.Out of the 6 times I’ve been here in the last 3 weeks half of those orders were wrong or just tasted awful ( and I order the same thing every time )I think what’s even worse is that you can feel the tension behind the counter as the customer and it just makes you feel awkward.Really a shame.

When ordering a simple cup of coffee, no espresso shots, no lattes nothing fancy just a plain cup of black coffee we were told we don't have any made right now. It's a coffee shop they had to brew coffee because they didn't have any made. A person had to wait at the drive-thru for the same reason. Not what you would call exceptional service, and 3 employees were visable. At least after waiting 8 minutes for plain black coffee it tastes good.

Staff was busy but they were crushing it. I wanted to leave a tip but I couldn’t find a jar. But Thanks ladies ! I appreciate y’
I purchased a coffee and a Danish pastry. The young lady waiting on walk- in customers was friendly. The coffee was served hot, and the Danish had been warmed. Not many customers were sitting inside the store. As with many Starbucks, the store interior was conservative decorated.

I stopped at this place on a road trip up to Auburn from Fresno. I'm elderly and often have to make stops as I travel. The restroom here was clean and inviting, with good hand washing facilities. I ordered a bagel with butter. It was delicious. Warm and soft. Staff was helpful and patient. It was like finding an oasis in the desert - A welcome place to visit.Parking: It's easy to get off Hwy 99 and return to it once you've stopped at this Starbucks.
