There is a friendly Indian woman working at this site. She's been working at Subway for a long time although I don't know her name. She is always pleasant and makes great sandwiches. It is always a pleasure shopping here.

I'm pretty sure it was the owner a older Punjabi lady of this place has a issue with coupons I was going to order a veggie sandwich and was she was instantly saying all her policies against the coupons she takes I'm from Bay Area I never in my life had a issue with even presenting a coupon for a sandwich I used the coupon however but I never heard of that I just told her I'm only ordering a veggie sandwich like calm down ewww she had a attitude don't support her buisness

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION. They only get 1 star because you have to give at least 1 star otherwise they wouldn't get even the 1. Well 2 days ago on Tuesday 10/17/2023 me and a friend went to eat at this location for our break in-between working. Well I go to pay for my food. It went through the first time, but since the cashier told me it didn't go through I had to redo the payment and then this time the receipt came out. I had a feeling to look at my account and guess what I was double charged for the same amount so when I went to shop the same cashier she had to call her manager, when she came in did what she did on the compture and showed me there was only 1 transaction even though I showed her my phone, but she didn't seem to care at all. I told her well then I'm gonna call my bank and she said go ahead, no apology or nothing, didn't care at all. I will never step foot in this location ever again especially with the rudeness of this lady manager. I wouldn't even step foot in this location even if someone was going treat me to subway at this location. So I did call my bank, they had to wait til it posted or it dropped off, well this morning guess what it posted so I called and talked to my bank to dispute the extra charge. I'm glad my bank is going to take care of this. Please please make sure if you use your card at this location that they don't try and charge you twice like they did me. Oh I also forgot to add this as well. One of the ladies did put gloves on to make the sandwich of the person before us and after she was done making that one she then was going to use the same gloves to make mine. She had used avocado from the first sandwich and I asked her do you have it on your gloves she looks and says no then proceeds to have the nerve to ask me why are you allergic to avocado I said no, but she did change her gloves. I don't care if I was allergic to it or not your supposed to be change your gloves with each customer. And one of the ladies was also late coming into work because the one that was there said her coworker hadn't even shown up yet. This was the worst subway to come to. I regret no going somewhere else like we had planned on going. But I guess lesson learned.

They don't stay open until 9 like they claim. I got there at 8:20 and they already had locked the door. If your not going to stay open that late then don't post it everywhere that you do. Bad business.

They don't accept 95% of the available coupons, even the physical coupons received in the mail. They didn't even ask if I want mayonaise or mustard - and when I asked about it she just slapped in the middle of the sandwich. Not to mention the abhorrent price of a sandwich. Just serves as a reminder why I don't go to Subway.

Made a quick stop here on the way to Fresno for a soccer game. Location is right off the freeway easy to get to. This is one of the cleanest Subways we've eaten at. The employee explained what went into each order before making perfect sandwiches...not over packed, not messy, and wrapped nicely! Very fresh items on the line! Great service! I didn't get the name of the employee (who was working today 8/21 @ 11am) but he did a great job!

Best Subway in town if you catch the right staff... some stuff members not so much... the owner is friendly and speaks foods usually fresh at this location.
March 14, 2022 at approximately 4:15PM. The employee's behavior towards me was extremely unprofessional and confrontational. She seemed to be having a bad day (hope so) judging from her impatient body language. I don't care how bad you are at making my sandwich, but if an employee is going to be disrespectful like that, then they don't deserve to take my hard-earned money, period! I ended up walking out and going somewhere else with actual customer service. I will not return to this particular Subway until they hire employees who know how to address customers in a friendly manner!

Really nice, clean and safe restaurant. Good music playing! The worker was masked and very kind! I ordered a chicken teriyaki spinach wrap with avocado, pepper jack and 2 chipotle sauces on the side. I also asked the worker to please cut it in half. I'm splitting it with my mother. That wasn't a problem! Everything looked fresh and tasty! Great service and delicious wraps! Highly recommended!

0 stars!!Worst customer service I had at subway!! I don't know why they even have a phone for if they don't answer! I called them like 10 times because I had a question and didn't even answer once!! Definitely won't be coming here and I will sure let my people know!
