Picked up at 7:37pm. Ordered 3 footlongs for pick up and they put American cheese?‍? on my Roastbeef sandwich instead of what I wanted which was pepper jack A bit disappointed my sandwich wasn't made exactly how I wanted. The other 2 footlongs were surprisingly made right. The handle broke off the bag as I left the store too ☹️

Employee in the front looked so unhappy, did not greet, “how many sandwiches”. She repeated the same questions because she was not attentive at all. Before going to this subway I was like why would that have such bad rating but now I know why. I honestly think if the owner of the business wants his business to do better he needs to fire her and hire better employees.Vegetarian options: It’s not the food, it’s the employee that will ruin ur whole experience and appetite. He rudeness is outrageous and unacceptable.

I showed up at 8:52pm and they don’t close until 9pm. At least what the website stated. It’s 1/24/24. The young girl who I believe was the shift leader was so rude. She practically yelled that they aren’t open and just ignored us at the door. She was absolutely rude and is not a good shift leader. I’ll be calling to complaint about my experience to corporate. They cant close early, it’s against company policy to close before business hours! what a shame.

I went because I had coupons. The coupons list the sandwiches that are excluded from the coupon. Both this subway or any subway in Merced will accept the coupon as what is stated on the coupon. They further exclude more sandwiches than what was already excluded on the coupon. This is a very shady practice and if you are going to be a subway franchise then you should honor the coupon and what's printed on it. That's very deceptive and waste of peoples time. I really hope corporate subway comes down and begins to pull franchise store fronts that do this sort of thing. I will never come back to any of the Merced subways. I can make those basic sandwiches at home for a fraction of the cost as the coupon. I came there for something I can't make at home that the coupon says I should be able to get but your store is shady and doesn't hold up.

While in the area, decided to take dinner home. Since it's been so hot, salads were the popular choice. The customer service was great. The salads were fresh. Everyone was happy so it was a ?. For 3 salads with veggies and a meat topping of our choice...total bill 31$We will be back.Enjoy!
