I went in this evening to try to get dinner. I walked into the restaurant where there was only 1 girl working. She didn’t say a word to us when we came in. She helped the people in front of us and 3 pickup orders (she started making their orders after we were already waiting in line for a really long time.) finally after over 20 mins of watching her painstakingly slowly building the sandwiches, I just left. She didn’t give a single hoot if we were helped first or last, she’s there either way. I am so upset right now. All I wanted was subway.

Do not honor coupons as written. Not the people working there fault. Owner decide what few sandwiches is ok when coupon says ANY not a few at the end. NOT HONORED!

I don't usually stop at this Subway however what a delight it was to have Sabrina wait on my granddaughter. She was very personable and friendly. She ran short on change and made change from her money. Hats off to ya Sabrina..well done young lady.

Won't accept coupons or limits to specific items. Makes the coupon useless essentially. Why waste the paper if you're not going to accept the printed coupon!? So wasteful.

I receive coupons in the mail every month for subway and on the coupon itself it says what's excluded. I come to this subway and they decide for those using coupons that they will limit your selection even more. News flash you are a corporate store private owned or not. What the coupon says is what it is and anything else is out of pocket. I will be reporting this to corporate as I'm absolutely sure this will not fly with them. You can't do what you are doing. I have worked in the food industry for years. Your high cost of food is not the customers concern. As long as you put out coupons that state what the exclusions are you can't add more at your store. I will never return to your establishment again and I will be sure no one in my family will ever be back here. I have a ton of friends and followers on all social media platforms who will get the word on this. Enjoy what's to come. Subway corporate will not tolerate you altering the set conditions. You are a franchise and they will sing you for this.

I ordered 2 sandwiches from this location to pick up, one tuna and one turkey. When I got home I found that they had put tuna on both sandwiches. When I called the restaurant, they told me they'd remake the turkey sandwich, but I had to go back over there to get it AND bring back the wrong sandwich! I've had plenty of orders screwed up by different restaurants and this is the first time I've been asked to bring the wrong order back. Gross! Go to the one by Raley's instead - I've never had a problem there.

Wrong bread. Lacking meat for a Big hot pastrami didn't even reach the end of the bread. No Honey mustard and no cheese.... Horrible service and food

Sandwich maker was hard headed and insisted on building my sandwich her way with the condiments on bottom instead of on top like I asked her before making it. Any other subway turns it around when I ask instead of arguing with me, also was rude to my coworker when he asked to use the restroom even tho we were buying food.

Went to this subway today. They burnt both foot long sandwich’s I ordered so bad to the point that they were basically 6 inches with extra toast. Don’t plan on returning.
