Got the hummus wrap. One of ours looks like it had been ripped apart. The flavor is off on that one. Way too much dressing, got grossed out couldn’t finish. Probably won’t come here again.

Horrible customer service. Lady was as friendly as a rabies ridden squirrel. Sandwich was not very good at all. 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips was almost $40.

Had to get the employee's attention before she even checked the door. Customer service was alright. Wasn't bad, but also was not trying to go above and beyond for the customer. The location's cleanliness is well kept up, which was a relief to see. The food cost is WAY too high for what is given. $4 for a little tiny bag of chips. I could go to the grocery store and buy a large bag for that price. Was initially complete silence. No music whatsoever.

Well I'm back and guess what guys Daniel is still there! He's been there for years and what a great employee and his customer service is beyond amazing and I would like to say he makes people feel welcome and he try's to make everyone smile. His attitude has been the same since Ive been going to Togos and his sandwiches always taste the same as the first time I tasted those yummy sandwiches from Togo's super awesome staff and as always great fantastical sandwiches!!!!! Always a Togos girl!!!!! Would recommend to everyone who comes to merced ca go to Togos well worth it! Thanks guys and dolls!

Bought a family #9 pastrami it was greasy and uneatable called back to the store asked to speak with a manager she was to busy to speak to me I waited on the phone for over a half hour to speak to a manager but no one ever picked up I finally hung up the phone and posted this review update I finally got a hold of the manager and I had to bring what was left of my old sandwich back to get a fresh new sandwich so I will see if this one is better than the last sandwich I got from here.

I went in last night 1/14/23 around 615pm. I had ordered my sandwiches online for pick up. The woman who helped was a Mexican woman, I wish I had gotten her name, she was so sweet and although she had been there way past her shift time she went above and beyond to make our sandwiches. I appreciate her and she deserves recognition for staying in while others don’t bother to show up.

Worst customer service! The lady who was working made it seem like i was inconveniencing her showing up to order a sandwich. Got my food home opened up my sandwich (the pepper Jack melt) and the bread is so soggy I cannot eat it. the most pathetic looking $12 sandwich. Save your money!

They have no respect whatsoever for two foreign visitors who just happened to walk into their store, period. We were trying to order a tuna melt, but the person behind the counter pretended to not understand English. So I had to repeat we would like a tuna melt. Then without any reasonable effort to communicate, she went ahead to make two tuna melts and insisted that we ordered “two tuna melts.” She seemed to be simply furious at the fact that we were even there. Unless you are local and you are white, I’d suggest avoiding the place.
