So ordered in the app and set a time to pick it up. We got there at the time for pick up there was 2 customers inside eating and we still had to wait over 10 minutes for our order. While standing there we noticed their counter was very very dirty. As I stood there waiting I realized my shoes were sticking to the floor. The smell as we were standing there was a piss smell Got the order went to the car and realized they forgot my fries so we had to go back in and the worker was rude so another worker came up so I asked for the fries I should have already gotten. He was very apologetic. So we leave and on the way home started to take a drink of orange soda and realized it was orange Hi-C. All I can say is don't go to work HIGH if you can't do your job Never going back again

Staff was very friendly and accommodating towards our large party late at night, rather than being surly and unpleasant. The food was exactly what I'd expect from a Wendy's.

Ill start off with, customer service was good. I come here all the time. But this time the food was just garbage. I had ordered the $7 Bacon Double Stack biggie bag, my sandwich had no BACON ON IT. Fries, cold and unbearable. Threw them away. The nuggets were luke warm. And my drink, tasted like it was just syrup. Will not be coming back.

Sorry to say, this place used to be a destination for me and the kids.Burger was under cooked, cold and honestly tasted like floor. Fries were luke warm and stale. They were zero on the frosty, the sodai offered had barely any flavor and was flat.Guy at the window, had a blank look on his face and when I went in to complain, I turned back and walked out. No use in trying to get it replaced, didn't even want my money back.They used to be one of the best burgers I'd ever had. Not sure where the quality went, but, oh well

I ordered a Dave's single hamburger with just mayonnaise and ketchup and paid $7.19!!!I looked on line and it said that a single was $3.79! If I order a single with a medium drink and fries, it would only cost $7.29. However, if you order at Wendy's, it would cost $10.29!! Wow!!! Order on line because you're going to pay twice as much if you walk into that place!! Sorry Wendy's, you're not going to get my business again!!

TERRIBLE Customer Service here! We had a problem with our order and we spoke to the manager on duty which he did nothing. He refused to give his name saying "I don't have to" so we ended up going through the drive thru and asked the cashier for the managers name. Javi (ha vee) the manager was rude, does not know how to handle customer complaints and can not communicate respectfully with customers. I've never had a problem with this Wendy's until that night and will not be going back. The service is extremely slow in both the dining room and drive thru.
