After waiting about an hour or more. Which is common for wingstop. Finally got my order, apparently there doing something new which requires you to show your id and read outloud the last 4 digits of your card number for everyone in the store to hear. Not to mention the wings i got weren’t the best, were kinda cold when i got them and the only one that tasted the best was the bbq since it was drenched in sauce. The fries barely had any seasoning on them, and there was a lot of really old burnt shriveled up fries from what im assuming is a unclean fryer. Needless to say this was disappointing when it usually is good from the previous times i order throughout my time in Merced. Plus whatever new policy they have to check ids and etc for online orders only seems to happen to a certain age group.

Horrible experience tonight at the Wingstop. Placed my order online. It should have been done 30 minutes took a whole hour. Then had issues because the wanted the card I used when I used Apple Pay. Unacceptable!

Do not order from this Wingstop!!! There’s at least 20 people standing waiting on their order. The app lies and says your foods done when it’s not. They turned the music so loud no one can hear the worker calling names.

Don’t order a Combo. They never have ice and will not process your refund. The fries are limp and old. Customer service is nonexistent and they will not own their mistakes while treating us like free loaders. The wings are ok. If they short you though, don’t expect any resolution.

Waited for my food and it was cold as leftovers. It has happened twice! They need to have a training or get new staff. They’re GoogleRating speaks for itself! Don’t waste your money!

When we do Wingstop its always the 75 piece group pack which comes out too approximately $110. The food is always delicious BUT my $110+ order is ALWAYS MISSING SOMETHING. This is the 3rd time now!!! They've always given me the missing items after I call to complain but it's extremely inconvenient for us to go back to the restaurant to pick up... missing fries, veggie sticks or my darn corn which I love so much. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY... I DONT CARE HOW BUSY THEY ARE NEXT TIME I'LL CHECK MY FULL ORDER UPON PICKUP!!!Strike that "food is always delicious comment"!!! I can't even make this up later in the evening we found these wing pieces which were clearly not cleaned properly!!! You can still see feathers are still attached!!! I'm totally disgusted!!! I've tried to call the restaurant but since it's Christmas Eve I believe they are closed. I've placed the wings in a Ziploc baggie and will be returning them to the restaurant the next business day!!! I wish there was another place in the Merced area to get great wings!!!
