Food was good, dimsum was a bit expensive but they seem larger than normal. Only issue was that they automatically added a gratuity for a table of 3. They did not disclose this. They gave us two receipts stapled on top of each other. The top receipt gave you a total and had a tip line and signature line. The bottom was itemized and showed the mandatory gratuity. If you didn't check the itemized receipt, it would have been easy to assume that gratuity wasn't included and you would double tip.

Dim sum dishes are well made. Some are better than the restaurants around Millbrae/Burlingame. Prawn dumplings 蝦餃 and pork Siu Mai 燒賣 were excellent. So were other dishes. Prices have gone up significantly since a year ago. Got there when it just opened. Service was bit slow as the servers were setting up. But if you flag them down, they responded quite quickly. The restaurant is large and roomy and not as noisy as several in the area. The temperature was cold so wear something warmer. Under new management. It has improved since a year ago.

Dim sum was decent but service was shotty. The wait was relatively short for weekend lunch. You mark what you want on the paper menu and they'll bring the items. The beef balls were very good, but missing the Worcestershire sauce. The pan friend buns were great. The chicken feet was good but had a kick. And the egg yolk custard layered cake was good. The rice rolls didn't have enough soy sauce and the snow mountain bbq pork buns were mediocre. Everything else was decent. We had to follow up on the last few dishes we ordered as they didn't arrive after a long wait. Also, when we asked the waitstaff for various things (i.e. to-go box), some of them never returned with those items. The restaurant isn't gigantic like some of these other dim sum places, but it's was spacious. Parking can be found on the side streets. Sundays have no time limitations.

This is the worst business ever. They have no care for service or the quality of food. Our order was 40 minutes late and the food was abysmal with mostly onion fillers for meat dishes. The worst Chinese food I have ever had. Go there if you aren’t worried about the hygiene issues or good food.

I can see why this restaurant only has 2.8 stars with 750 reviews. We came here as a last resort and we were worried because there were only three parties in such a large restaurant (but ok more people started pouring in about 30 min after we got here). We only ordered three items. They brought out our first dish fairly quickly, I'd say about 5 minutes. We didn't eat yet because we were waiting for at least our rice. Waited. Waited. Waited for 20 minutes. I watched everyone else's food come out. I asked one of the male servers to follow up on our food. He said, "Ok I'll check." He never returned. I gave him some time. It had been 35 minutes now. I asked again. He said, "Our kitchen is very busy." A female employee took over and suddenly the last two dishes came out. How is it that our order--- three dishes for 3 people--- took SO long to arrive when the table next to us (party of at least 10) got their orders a heck of a lot quicker than we did? They automatically added an 18% service charge to our bill--- just fyi. Keep an eye on your receipt before adding additional. Sad to say we will not return. The service lacks a lot. The food was mediocre. I thought it would be a decent meal since it looked like one of those places that have been around for a while.

The dim sum here is quite solid, but the service during my experience here was very strange! We had to ask four (4) times for soy sauce!!! Each person seemed to have forgotten or just chosen to not come back... I typically don't expect super service at dim sum spots, but sheesh!!! Something so simple such as soy sauce took so much work to get! I will probably give this place another try- I did like that there was no wait on the Sunday we came here and we got seated right away. Gotta ask for soy sauce right away upon sitting down next time!

I love this dim sum restaurant. Each selection is perfectly prepared, service is efficient, very welcoming staff. The steamed barbecue pork buns were delicious but this time I also had snow mountain pork buns (now a new favorite), shrimp dumplings, sticky rice and incredible Portuguese custard tart. I can't wait until next time.

After our first 4 dishes came the other 2 took over 40 minutes. We asked to cancel them and they said no since they were almost out. They didn't come for another 10+ minutes.

The overall dining experience at this Chinese restaurant was fine; however, there was a setback when one dish was delayed, keeping us waiting for nearly fifty minutes. Despite the wait, the taste was satisfactory, and the remaining service was acceptable. It's advisable to make reservations in advance, especially during peak hours when the restaurant tends to be crowded.

The food here is either a hit or miss. The soy sauce chow mein and shui mai were our favorites.

I'm back after a long hiatus. It's nice to know that it's still a restaurant in this location. The restaurant is under a new management. We love the many delicious dim sum. It's a weekday lunch so service is ok. The place still look the same.
