Always smells amazing. Always feel welcomed. Food has consistently been tasty, hot and flavorful for over 15 YEARS. I've eaten everything on their menu multiple times. My favorite is an order of shrimp and chicken fajitas with refried beans (gotta have em melt cheese and throw onions on top ) flour tortillas and a few little cups of their hot sauce with a dish full of corn chips. Just SOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!!

Sorry. I did not like this place at all. Ordered a super burrito and they didn't ask what I wanted in it except for the meat. There was no salsa or pico de gallo. They used refried beans instead of whole beans. I couldn't taste the guacamole at all. The carnitas was super salty. It was kind of a mushy bland but salty mess.

I have been going to El Super Burrito since I was a teenager - which is more than a few decades now. If I were ever to move out of the Bay Area, I would truly miss El Super Burrito. But luckily, it is in my own backyard. Everything there is great! Right now I am really loving their quesabirria taco. Other favorites are the mar y tierra burrito, wet burrito, steak & avocado burrito, cheese enchiladas, super steak nachos. It often gets busy and the line can be long, so calling in your order can save you time.

The burritos were good. The salsa was essentially a marinara sauce. Very strange. The number of chips they give with a meal is also pretty few.

I'm reviewing the service because you can't beat the taste of Mexican food aside from actually going to Mexico. I've always ordered to go and their service to me has always been poor, the last straw was the main lady at the cashier turning her back to me when I was ready to cash out and leave the establishment. One star for knowing how to wrap the burrito.
First time at this restaurant and have to say the food did not taste fresh. I ordered nachos, and the chips were stale as well as a heavy taste of oil. The cheese was also not fresh. Was disappointed, especially because the reviews were all good.

El Super Burrito has been a part of the Millbrae community for decades and I think this is a pretty good Mexican spot. The service is pretty good and friendly and parking isn't difficult to find. The building exterior and interior is definitely on the older side, but it's still comfortable enough. It could definitely be cleaner. It's your typical order at the counter and grab your food when your order number is ready. I recently ordered the Steak Taco ($3.95) and Birria Taco ($5.90) plus a Horchata. The horchata wasn't watery and you can taste the cinnamon flavor. I tried their Birrita Taco for the first time and surprisingly it's really good. It was loaded with meat and cheese and the Consomé was perfect to me especially when you squeeze some lime juice into it. I would definitely get their birria tacos again in the future. It's a 10/10 for me. The Steak Taco was also pretty good and the tortilla had a nice texture. Steak was well seasoned although I wish it was a little more tender, but its was flavorful overall. I also tried a bite of the steak quesadilla and it's a pretty standard quesadilla, but it hits the spot honestly. The meat and cheese ratio they do pretty well. What I also like is that the portions of everything is pretty big including the burritos. This place definitely leaves you stuffed after your meal. I would definitely come back in the future.

Been coming here over the yrs. I use to like this place but the quality has gone down and the prices up. My last 2 visits were not that great. Both times the meat had a foul taste. Idk but it was undercooked,spoiled,or contaminated. Either way I have said good bye for good.

My last few visits were not satisfying. (Within 2 month span) The burritos had a foul taste. The meat is either spoiled/contaminated/or not cooked properly. I use to come here over the yrs but that has come to an end. The quality had gone down and have seen the prices go up. It use to get packed when I would go and most of 2023 when I would go in early evening not so much.
