“It's a great little Irish bar. And it's the real deal. They serve traditional Irish breakfast, that's a little hard to find. I had the fish and chips. They were delicious. Definitely a good place to have a smithwick, Guinness, Irish coffee, or whatever you fancy.“

“We were here a few weeks ago for dinner on a cold rainy night and this place did not disappoint with a warm inviting atmosphere and friendly welcoming staff!! The menu is amazing and the food was delicious! My sister had the fish and chips she thought it was delicious and fresh as can be! I had the fried chicken sandwich with fries and it was amazing, my Aunt had the chicken sandwich as well with side salad and she said the salad was very fresh and delicious as well as her sandwich. Definitely plan on coming back soon!“

“Well first off if you're going there for food, you're not gonna be satisfied they might have some chips but that's not why you come here. You come here simply for the atmosphere and the great prices on drinks and mind you this is cash only. They do have an ATM there and there are several ATM areas there in the area like a chase bank in a Wells Fargo. Please come in prepared don't order your drink and expect them Lady at the bar to hold your drink for you forever. They didn't have a live band or anything they did have a jukebox on the wall and the place got pretty crowded and it's in a well lit area very safe area. The day I saw what look like 28 year-old girls walking down the street by themselves without an adult that is a safe neighborhood. So many Uber drivers dropping people off and picking people up like I said the area is very charming. It's very small, but very nice. I would suggest having the espresso martinis.“

“Awesome service, neighborhood friendly place to watch the game. Really nice bartender, Betty there made my NY Eve super lovely as well. I went in the first time, forgot my phone, came back and immediately greeted by Betty. She made an awesome cosmo drink perfect for pictures. Pink is my favorite color as I am aka babysoftpink for my online broadcast. Clean no stickiness on table. Easygoing , nice crowd there. I sat on the side to post for my pictures and felt totally comfortable, everyone was having lots of fun to prep for the new year so if you need some family vibe of happiness, this is the spot. I saw the pool table and there were pathway to the backyard for smokes, dog runaround and business etc. Not your typical Irish pub is also situated to a certain four-stars seafood restaurant if you are hungry before or after! My UberEats super store for dim sum is also nearby. Plenty of street parking outside. I saw two both times I stopped by this afternoon. I recommend giving them a try if you like mellow, parkside vibe, neighbors friendly pub. Betty knows how to entertain and uplifts the crowd too if you need some positivity!“

“Great venue for parties & just a nice place to have drinks. Beer selection is fabulous as is the atmosphere. McGoverns bartenders are fun friendly & helpful. There are numerous games to enjoy playing from table hockey, billiards, checkers, pinball, ect. If you walk in solo...you’ll find yourself with plenty of friendly people & conversation!“

“I've driven by this place a few times, and it's always pretty packed, and parking can be hard. I really wanted to try the bacon wrapped tater tots. I decided to place an order to go. I placed my order over the phone. The gentleman was super nice.Upon arriving, parking wasn't too bad at that time. Inside, it was pretty packed but had an inviting vibe. The guy at the bar was the one who actually took my order. Super nice guy.I ordered:1. Bacon wrapped tater tots - It tasted pretty good. Simple, something you can make at home, but it hit the spot.2. “This is a fun no frills Irish bar with tons of regulars. Enjoy trivia on Wednesday nights at 8pm, or come in for a weeknight Guinness. Sometimes there's a food truck out front, or you can visit George's next door and they will bring it over to you. You can also bring in food. My favorite is the Calisqueeze on tap.“
