They NEED to put things back on the Menu !For starters the Fish filet sold separately like before with a side of tartar sauce you can buy two three pieces individually they took that away so sad now they only have the fish sandwich. They also need to get back there wedge potato fries, and their chicken littles not the fat piece of chicken back in the days in the late 80s 90s they had chicken littles they were like 50 cents flat little bun Square bun with a flat little chicken patty and it only had mayonnaise on it those were the best not to mention the chicken is getting smaller every time you buy a chicken breast you get charged for it and it's so small it's like where's the meat the chicken pot pies used to be nice and creamy now they're dry. Not to mention they desperately need to get back the popcorn chicken not the big pieces the one that they had before they had so many wonderful items that have been taken away they need to bring it back before they start losing more people KFC is not KFC like it used to be the people are good but the food is getting bad is getting worse corporate you need to do something about this you bring back these things your store will come back a hundred that's a guarantee???❤

I have such fond memories of KFC from back when I was in my teens. Their menu has literally exploded so that we pull up on my quest for that elusive perfect fast food fried chicken sandwich, and boom--what do I see? A cheeseburger ad. We got their fried chicken sandwich. One bit and I spit it back out. Bone dry, no moistness, barely any condiments whatsoever, and not sure if there was an option for cheese, but we didn't get it. Just bland and barely any breading to speak of. The coleslaw was the hands down favorite here--it's tangy and consistently good. Inside clean and sterile, and service efficiently friendly.

It's KFC and when it comes down to it when you want quick service for fried chicken with its signature Original/Crispy Fried Chicken. This is the place to go within the Millbrae area.The location itself is pretty convenient bc it's half and AW but also it is one of the few drive thru KFC in the area. I can only say in my experience that service is indeed fast and never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my order. Workers are workers and it's a plus if you get great service but I've experienced good/fair service from this location. All in all the convenience and fast service is what stands out the most.

We were craving for some good ol' KFC after a beach day, and this location didn't disappoint.Place was super clean and organized. Staff members were all so nice. AND restroom was ultra clean and smelled nice! This will be a KFC go to location during post beach day cravings!

no idea how they mess up my drive thru order every time.
I went through the drive-thru to catch an easy lunch. I was greeted warmly and clearly and easily placed my order. I pulled right up to the window and was greeted with the familiar voice from the menu board and a smile. A print payment and my food was quickly delivered. I had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and fries. The sandwich was hot and crispy. The fries were hot and well seasoned. An above average restaurant compared to my other experiences.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so harsh - I think this location is really solid. I'm definitely more familiar with the dinner crew than the morning team, but I feel that they make good food and do their best to keep up with orders.So I do only come here with coupons (haha), and I really like their chicken sandwiches. Granted I haven't tried Popeye's version nor Chick-fil-a's, but these do have that KFC crunch and familiar flavor which makes it a solid sammie. The chicken is a tad on the dry side, but a bit of ketchup (or BBQ sauce), and I don't really notice.So yeah, their chicken sandwiches are great. I still miss the KFC potato wedges like everyone does, but probably an issue with inflation :( Until then, it'll be chicken sandwiches for meee :)
