Went in on a rainy day and grabbed a snack and ate inside, I had asked a worker if they do pup cups and he said yes so I decided to wait until I was going to leave to get some for the pups so they don't melt. I go back to the front and this lady very rudely says that the dogs need to be present to get it. Emphasis on rainy day. No way to bring 3 dogs out of the car on a rainy day just to prove it? Not sure what this lady thought I needed a small cup of whip cream for. I asked to speak to the other worker I spoke to earlier and she refused saying she was one of the supervisors. Well as a supervisor she should know good customer service but I guess not. Also saw her snap at a customer who was waiting for her order and gave her so much attitude telling her "well if it was ready it would be here." She needs some customer service training stat. Too bad I didn't catch her name. Awful service...

i've been to so many starbucks but this one definitely made a huge impression! every barista greeted those who entered and i really liked how cheerful the barista taking my order was. my go to drink this season is the iced gingerbread oatmilk chai! this drink was the perfect amount of sweet and cinnamon. parking is pretty bad because of it being located on such a busy street - but i like the abundant amount of outdoor seating especially since millbrae often has great weather!

A bit disappointed...Ordered a trenta Strawberry Acai Lemonade online today with no ice and paid with stars. But when I picked up the order, it was only filled to 80% of the cup. The batista cited the recent policy change to charge extra for no ice and refused to fill it. I'm aware of this policy, but I redeemed stars so it still would've been free and I would have accepted the extra charge if there was a way to do it from mobile ordering.While I appreciate being able to redeem stars for complementary drinks, it casted a shadow.

Courteous, kind, and professional staff. This is one of the best, cleanest Starbucks stores in the. Bay Area.Besides the above, I could have my delicious Cappuccino and warmed lemon cake. Perfect experience. ?

There were flies everywhere. Even the food they were serving had flies sitting on them. The barista were not well trained and the drink quality was so poor.

Well today I came as every day to take my order when I was close to the register and I was staring at the deserts I didn’t realise that the guy in front of me was gone so when I realised it I went and I say I m so sorry but she didn’t respond to that and I said good morning but again no responding.anyway I said my order and I asked her if she was my name for the order but she just move her head with signal like “no” !anyway again so I was waiting to grab my order like 20’ one by one of the guys that they were making the coffees stat to asking me what’s the name of the order but she didn’t want my name for the order as I said before so I was explaining me order to them and she was looking at me with attitude and never say my order .her name is shuzi I regret the tip that i left and I she don’t like that job she can go .I had bad days also but I’m always polite and kind .

This Starbucks seemingly replaced all of their employees in the past couple of months and has gone downhill. They get very backed up in the morning and the don't call out mobile orders more than once so even when multiple people are standing around waiting you have to ask for your mobile order. Extremely inconsistent drinks. The two stars is for the single friendly barista.

This place has always been on it. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and welcomed. It can get super busy depending on the time you go, but they pump everything out pronto and not messing up quality because it's busy. If you can't wait, order ahead on the mobile app.They recently informed me that you can't order a drink as a medicine ball or an under toe, but you have to call it by the real band name.. honey citrus mint tea, etc. I forget why
