The milk tea has a strong essence flavor, and does not taste worth $6.

I have to admit, the food here isn't all that great, especially for how much it costs. The popcorn chicken was $9 and not very filling. Their matcha drinks aren't very good, and the honey green tea has a hint of bitterness to it, which I don't mind exactly, by other might. The quality of their toppings differs on the time of day and the workers. Sometimes, their pearls are chewy and slightly firm, while other times, they are undercooked and leave a starchy taste in your mouth. Their egg puffs also take a long time to cook, and I was late to a meeting because of it. I do like their fries, though. I recommend getting extra seasoning. The service is good. That's pretty much it. Not outstanding, exactly, but good enough in my opinion. I do wish, though, that they wouldn't throw away a drink that they messed up and would instead give the customer both drinks like the TeaHut nearby. The atmosphere is quite nice. I like what they did to one of the walls where the wallpaper is composed of a variety of toppings they serve there. It's pretty cozy and I like to go there if I have something to work on, unless there are a bunch of high schoolers sitting somewhere who are going to make a bunch of noise.Overall, this place isn't bad, but it isn't the greatest. It's nice enough for me to come here every once in a while if I'm in a rush, but otherwise, I would find some other place to go to.

Used to love their popcorn chicken. Not sure what happened. Waited over 15 minutes for it when the store was empty. The popcorn chicken is so bland, it tasted really bad. It didn't even taste like chicken. Made me want to throw up with every bite.

I normally like T4, and I was really surprised by this location. This place really needs a deep cleaning. It needs like a repaint and sitting down on a table felt so gross and sticky. It's weird because it smells like bleach so someone cleaned it but didn't know how to clean it. Got some boba drinks and they were okay but hard to down it knowing that this place is not well maintained. Some hole in the walls I can deal with a little grime but this felt like too much.

We always come here for snacks and boba tea. After tonight, I think we have to find another place to go. We ordered 2 snacks & 3 drinks. We found a piece of metal in one of the drinks. It's from those metal scrubbers. We will never come again if they don't improve their hygienic conditions.

I made an order for two drinks about 15 min ago, and after heading home and drinking half my tea, I sucked up what seems to be a metal shaving or something. It was a long thin, sharp spiralled object and this could have ended reallh bad if I didn't drink slowly. How ridiculous.

Fast WiFi and good drinks.

Came in around 8pm on a Friday night. I appreciate this place is open later on the weekends but I can't say I recommend the almond milk tea I ordered. Took forever (the line wasn't long) and the flavor ended up really weak. It's bad. Unfortunately this was a rare stop out of the way for me, and it closes soon, or else I'd go back and ask for a refund. Space-wise, the location is bright and spacious but the tables are dirty and not well kept. There are some other boba cafe options around here so I'd opt for that next time.

Common Customer. - I recommend the tea 8.5/10- 8.5/10 boba chewy-Customer service was amazing as normal, however, sometimes orders will take a bit of receive. Very 50/50-Chicken is honestly very hit-or-miss. If you are starving it is amazing otherwise it's a 8/10.

They had me with the Korean fried chicken sign.Unfortunately, the chicken was horrible and tasted like something you could have bought at the frozen food section of your local grocery store for double the price. There's nothing like bland semi fried chicken. The sauce on the side was some weird sweet and spicy crap that's worse than Wendy's. You've been warned, don't buy the chicken here.

A bag is always a good thing. I was curious to taste this Lemon Smoothie, just as my husband was curious to change his regular choice of classic Black Tea with Milk to Thai Milk Tea. What can I say after the first sip is that my drink was super fresh and, well, lemony - and I loved it. My husband was also pleased and said he would remember this tea and try it occasionally instead of his regular option. At this point, it's hard for me to review this place because, unfortunately, while we enjoyed our drinks, I can't say that I'd prefer to go here over my other main places. However, since there are more interesting options at T4, as well as sitting inside the place - I think we might go here again (plus I approve of the bonus system where the tenth drink goes as a gift).

Parking was kind of a challenge around this boba place during lunch rush hours. When I entered this boba place, a friendly cashier greeted me. I ordered the jasmine milk tea with 30% sweetness. The tea was very refreshing and it has a very flowery flavor. The tea wasn't overly sweet, which I really liked. I will come back to try their other beverages and their popcorn chicken.

12/2022 I typically swing by when I'm in the area and my go to is Pearl Milk Tea, 50% sweetness (tho I do 30% occasionally). When there is something new on the menu (snack or drink), it's good to try it. The Mango Fanatics is good and I have been selecting that over the Milk Tea!
