The teas are delicious but the pearls could use some help. I've been here on 3 occasions and each time the pearls are way too soft, which defeats the purpose of getting boba.

Horrible customer service at this location!!! Went last week and the girl that took our order was rude, impatient and very unwelcoming as soon as my friend and I walked up to order. No other customers were in the store. Went in last night and the very same girl took our order again. Same bad attitude, same impatience, same sour expression on her face and same rudeness! We thought we should let the manager know. When we told him he said " then don't come back" I will take his advice and not go back because I can't trust an establishment with this kind of attitude with something I'm going to eat or drink.

I've been a regular customer at Yifang for a long time. The last couple times my friend and I were treated disrespectfully by the server. It was the same server both time. I addressed this issue with the manager and I was shocked by his response. He told me if I don't like it don't come. I responded by telling him I would spread the word not to come here. He said good. I've never been treated so rudely as a customer. I will never return to this place and suggest others to beware or find an alternative location..

Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea is one of my favorite boba tea shops in the country and this place as represented, a solid four star experience. Yifang's menu is extensive and can get overwhelming, but the staff at this location was so helpful and offered recommendations for my partner and I. In fact, the only knock on them was their location as parking can be an issue, but if you're willing to park a few blocks away, this place is within walking distance of Millbrae Village and you'll definitely have a great boba experience.

Not a lot of "tea" places serve mango sago drinks so it's always great when i stumble upon one. The mango sago drink here did not disappoint. The mango smoothie was freshly made and topped with a generous amount of sago. $7.25 for a large is a fair price considering how big the cup is and that not many places sell this drink. The selection here is huge with teas, brown sugar drinks, fruit teas, tea lattes, red bean, etc. Therefore the menu can be overwhelming with about 50 drinks to choose from. It took me several minutes to look over everything they had to offer. When I went a few months back there were no indoor seating, I'm not sure if that's changed. All in all a solid 4 stars for Yifang Taiwan Fruit Tea! Don't forget to sign up for their loyalty club.

Love this unobtrusive little place--everything made fresh with top tier ingredients. My favorite is their house Yi Fang fruit tea--slices of Fuji apple and orange--little ice and little sugar. My husband loves their mountain sugar cane green tea. The service is awesome friendly and the cost is a bit higher, eg. Approximately $15 for two large teas. But definitely worth it!

I've always liked Yifang, their signature fruit tea is a must if you are not sure what to get. It is very refreshing. Taro milk tea is made with fresh taros, it is very milky, the only thing that disappoints me is they don't have egg pudding available. We also ordered Lychee tea, it is really good but we feel it is a little bit sweet for us. The drinks are overall pretty good and decent, service is not that great. The staff is not welcoming at all. I hate to update my review to a 3 star. We went there again. terrible service. Very unwelcoming.

Usually I love Yifang but this location has very bland boba. A little on the hard side and absolutely no flavor. I got the green tea latte at 50% sweet and I thought it was good! Just the boba was disappointing. Parking was also difficult so a friend dropped me off. I'm just sad I paid $6+ for a mediocre drink when I have high expectations for Yifang.

Friend of mine chose the yifang fruit tea and mango pomelo sago. So rich in flavors! A delight for me and my entire family! 30% sweet was just right for us

Grabbed some boba on one afternoon. I ordered the grass jelly tea latte. The drink was good not overly sweet. I was a little disappointed I'm the grass jelly. Most of it was silky but some portions were tough and not enjoyable to eat - these parts were probably the top of the jelly. Overall, I think there are better boba places so I'll frequent those more than yifang.

Good selection of drinks, you're sure to find one you like. The Yi Fang chain is located all over the Bay Area and they are all pretty consistent in quality and taste. Some of my favorite drinks are: brown sugar pearl latte, green plum green tea, grass jelly tea with grass jelly, the seasonal peach sago with salted cream. The current strawberry milk with salted cream tasted like Häagen-Dazs das strawberry ice cream

Debating between 3 & 4 stars. I do like that this franchise has some unique teas such as their Mountain Tea, or Sun Moon Lake Black Tea. I also like that they have a good variety of drink offerings, such as mango pomelo sago, grass jelly, ginger milk latte. I've been to the Berkeley location in the past, and recently tried this one in Millbrae, and at both locations tried a drink with their Mountain Tea, with zero % sweetness level, and like that I can taste the nuances of the tea notes. At this visit, got the Sugarcane Mountain Tea with "zero additional sugar" (love that they can do this) and it was perfect with the light sweetness and fragrance of sugarcane with the notes of Mountain Tea. However, also at this visit, also got the Pearl Black Tea Latte - the pearls were a little smaller than regular boba, which is fine, but it was veering towards the mushy side, and the black tea was not very strong/flavorful. I wouldn't recommend that drink, and it seemed even below Quickly level (just saying, as a gauge). Also, prices are on the higher end. Otherwise, service at this location was fine, and I might be back to try their Sun Moon Lake tea or Pouchong tea.

Inconsiderate staff. Arrived before closing time and was told they would not take my order. Do not try to order from here if they are closing soon.

Love trying good quality boba spots and was looking forward to this brown sugar boba latte. Based on the reviews and recommendations I was sure I would enjoy, but unfortunately mine was pretty hard to drink. I tried mixing for a few minutes, which is long, because I felt like half the drink consisted of melted brown sugar boba, literally. It was just a glob of sweet brown slim each sip I took. Everyone else seemed to enjoy theirs so I didn't mention anything, but maybe I should have because I did realize they ran out of boba and might have just dumped whatever was left of the boba and syrup into my drink. I would give them a try again and just try something else, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come

I got their red bean milk tea with half sweet and half ice. It was perfect. The red beans tasted fresh. The half sweet was definitely the right choice because the red beans themselves added to the sweetness.
