We tried a mix of Sichuan and Northern Chinese dishes atYummy Szechuan, and the flavors were impressive. However, as a spicy food fan, I found the Spicy Pork Ear, Chongqing Spicy Chili Chicken, and Mao Xue Wang a bit milder than I prefer.If you're like me and love extra heat, consider asking for more chili in these dishes. Despite the spice level, the quick service, varied flavors, and cozy atmosphere made the experience enjoyable. The Toothpick Lamb With Cumin, The Salted Egg with Golden Sand Prawns, and The Chongqing Spicy Chili Chicken stood out, even if they weren't super spicy.

Very inviting and authentic atmosphere. The food was fresh, delicious and served shortly after we ordered. I had the most amazing General Tso’s Chicken and pork fried rice. Portions are shareable. Their egg rolls were so tasty as well! If you have a little bit of time before a flight out of SFO I recommend this spot.

Absolutely outstanding! Great vegetarian options too. They were also nice enough to do the Dan Dan noodles with tofu instead of meat and they were excellent! Highly recommendVegetarian options: Lots of tofu, eggplant and vegetable dishes. They altered a meat dish on request to be vegetarian (Dan Dan noodles)

We loved coming here for food before. However, this time was different.The lady who served our food today was anxious and negative. She had a grumpy attitude and an unkind tone. While I told her not to talk to me the way she just did, she called me “weird.” I refused to pay her tip after, then she confront everything and asked for the tip. Later, I gave the tip to the restaurant owner instead, while doing so and talking to her “boss”, she came up and wanted to argue with me. OMG!! I have never seen this before! So disappointed coming here today…will not return anymore.

Very tasty Chinese food! Don't be intimidated by the potential spiciness of the Szechuan style, they have a wide variety of Chinese dishes that are pretty solid. I really enjoy the dan dan noodles and will come back for more.

I rarely write reviews for Chinese restaurants because for the most part I find them mediocre. My mom taught English in China and as a result raised me to know what good Chinese food really is (lord knows you will never find me at panda express). This restaurant is truly exceptional. I have dreams about the dried green beans with chilis. All of their house specials are flavorful and addictive. We live in Monterey and anytime we are anywhere near San Fran I beg my husband to drive out of our way so we can eat here. I always order a mountain of food so I can have days of glorious leftovers. The staff consistently go out of their way to make sure we are happy customers. I could go on and on, but seriously, you are missing out if you are not eating here.
