We went so far to get here, but it was closed without any announcement. There wasn't any sign on the door either. Irresponsible.

I was not super impressed with the hot pot. Maybe the charcoal induction hot pot is better and worth a try, but the regular hot pot tastes average for it being so expensive. The menu is online under the restaurant name "Bao House", and you can also order online. You choose/pay for one broth per table, then pay per hot pot ingredient/item that you want (so the bill starts to rack up like crazy). The quality of the broth and ingredients is average; you're better off making this yourself at home. I will say that the jasmine green tea here is amazing though. It was my favorite part of the meal.

Been coming here for years when it was called Bao's. I really enjoyed this place when they served stinky tofu hot pot, but the food is still good after the rebranding.

Worst experience ever. Disappointed service and food quality.*Service: It's understaffed and the service is very very slow. We wait for long time for each dish to be ready. The lamb skewers are already cold when they passed to us.*Food Quality: The meat quality is low. Looking at the angus beef, so much fat in the raw meat.Overall it's overpriced, you could have better service and food in other hotpot restaurant in bay area.

Ok, we need some attention for this place. Drove past it once and was attracted by their northern Chinese style food menu. A group of my Chinese friends tried this place and it's amazing! The seasoning of the skewers really hit the spot of my childhood memories. I like their tofu, peppers, not a big fan of the lamb skewers tho. But I really like the lamb rib stew, this was really really good and rare to find here in the US. They have Napa cabbage and Konjac cake inside as well. The tea they served was jasmine green, which also tastes pretty good.

Love the traditional Beijing style copper hot pot. Cooks super fast. The ingredients are also very fresh, especially the lamb slices. Kebabs/bbq are good as well. Decently priced, would recommend.
