I came first but the other 3 orders after me all got theirs before me, probably because I didn’t pay tips for my 2 cups order. I missed it because I was figuring out how to do Apple Pay since I left my wallet in car and I don’t think tips should be a mandatory thing now for boba tea. Waited more than 20min when few people in store, very bad experience.

This was really good! I got the mango mochi, it was delicious, not too sweet, but the mangos used were super tasty and perfectly ripe. I actually have no idea how they sourced ripe mangos in the winter, but i wont question it. They were quite busy and a lot of other drinks were sold out - i suspect because theyre also very good. It's really hot in the store though, they should prop the door open or something.

Please be aware of their online ordering system. We made an online order but didn't notice they were closed early. To my surprise, the transaction was posted on my credit card after a few days. I don't know why they accepted orders after closing and why they could successfully charge my card without providing anything. After calling the store, the employee told me they cannot find my order nor refund it. They asked me to call my bank without any apologies. The ordering system is ridiculous. It never sends you any emails or text. Your order page will be refreshed every few minutes until it logs out automatically. You are not able to retrieve your old orders if you cannot remember your randomly assigned order number or get a screenshot before it is disappeared. I cannot imagine I have to get a screenshot as a proof of purchase when just buying a milk tea? And of course I cannot remember the order number so that's why they cannot find it! It asks you to log in with the phone number when ordering, but never sends you anything so what the purpose is for providing the phone number?

Got the green tea with the cheese foam and the foam 1-10 I give it a 2 the tea the same a solid 2 . Also the lady in the front has zero personality such as at least greeting people . Definitely never coming here again .

Not bad but not great drinks here. I've definitely had a better orange fruit tea somewhere else. I like how the place is spacious and has seats for socializing however music is extremely loud that it's hard to talk to people there. Convenient that you can order through their kiosk or through QR code!

TLDR; standard milk tea, cute cat themeI think this place is middle of the road, not bad or good. Tough considering how close it is to well-known milk tea franchises :/ There are three (!) other milk tea shops in the same plaza, plus two more across the street.I thought the roasted oolong tea was a little weak in flavor, but the soybean mousse was nice and lightly sweet. The cat decor inside is cute (little statues!). The usual tablet kiosks to order, so will need credit card/mobile pay. There's some seating inside and a free parking lot.

after I ordered, from the back the manager would be yelling at their own employees, cussing them out from what sounded like a small mistake.

Cute little shop with one of my favorite avomango smoothies! I'm not sure if it's because of winter/Christmas time. But they've been adding passion fruit into the drink(maybe because of the color red?) but it turns the drink too sour so I would recommend asking for the drink without it. Drinks come out within 5 minutes. While you're waiting you can look at all the cute cat figurines/pictures on the wall!

Great tea. I'm never disappointed with the drink here. They can't go wrong. The mochi oreo was also very hood as well even though I never really like that sweet of a drinkService was on point and fast. I love the design of the cup, looking real bourgeois I will visit other chain of 3Catea again.

This spot is super lowkey and is in the same plaza as sunright & xing fu tang, (which does make it hard to choose).Right off the bat, the drinks were unique and different from most spots. I tried the osmanthus oolong tea with soymilk foam. This drink was so good and refreshing and the foam was so good. Usually I am not a fan of cheese foam/sea salt cream since it is too rich, but the soymilk foam has a nutty taste to it which compliments the tea very well and isn't overpowering. My only complaint was that I wish the drinks came in a larger size. After a few sips my drink was all gone. I will definitely be back to try more drinks! Everything on the menu looked so good.

One of my favorite milk teas in the Bay Area! Their tea has a unique and delicious flavor and the bobas are perfectly chewy. Unique cat decorations inside. Only minus one star since they aren’t super friendly and charge extra for a bag even when you’re buying lots of drinks.

3Catea is so cute! This place doesn't look connected to the other stores around the parking lot. Don't be fooled by the exterior. It looks run down but there are a lot of cat decorations inside. That was the first thing I noticed when I entered in this boba shop. Cat figurines and labels everywhere! It was fairly empty. There are plenty of seats around to drink and hang out with your friends. The servers were quiet but efficient in their work.I ordered a Yogurt Strawberry drink. I love how sour it is. It was so enjoyable. The drink was freezing that it probably gave me a brain freeze. I would love to try their other drinks. They have a large variety.
