I went to auntie Anne's store nearby TMobile and the lady named Elvira was probably having a bad day I bought bread and 2 drinks and I told her I was working at the mall. And she and her co worker were speaking in Spanish and laughing in front of me and then she raised her voice and asked WHERE IS UR ID? CAN I SEE? Wow this is the first time someone shouted at me and looked for my ID what's she thinking she was a police or an immigration officer? ELVIRA SAID TO ME SHE DONT GIVE MALL EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT IN A REALLY HIGH TONE. PLEASE TEACH UR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT NOT WITH SHAME. Elvira should not be working in customer service she should be working in the wet market.

It is a nice and handy place. Surprisingly Auntie Anne's has been around for a very long time even before Great Mall got an upgrade. Don't forget to register for their mobile app because they give you a free pretzel every year on your birthday

I always stop by here when shopping at the Great Mall. I love the almond and cinnamon sugar pretzels. The quality is consistent. Also, the portions are decent, and they always come up with new flavors and treats. The workers are also really efficient and friendly. One time, there was a long line, but they still served us well, and the line kept moving forward. The prices are reasonable, and I definitely support their loyalty programs.

Very poor opening preperations. The pretzel shop opens at 10am on weekdays but when you come by at the time they open they are barely putting pretzels in the oven. To avoid wasting paying customers time they should prepare the pretzels 15 to 20 minutes before opening so at 10am when they open they have fresh pretzels instead of forcing customers to wait 10 minutes then asking "do you need something". Staff should be more attentive to customers as well.

Stopping by Auntie Anne's when I'm at the Great Mall is a must. They have the best pretzels and the taste and quality are consistent. Price is really affordable. They're great to snack on while walking around the mall!

Came by at 7:45 wanted a sour cream and onion pretzel they wouldnt sell it to me. I asked for a regular pretzel and for the powder on the side. I mean they have it laying around and they said no.
I rarely write reviews on small purchases and Auntie Anne's has always been pretty decent as I remembered. However, obviously the worker wasn't trained on how to operate the counter - I waited patiently with my friend there and even handed her another card for her to try. But just as I reached out to the lemonade, she took it away!! She took the lemonade away as if I was about to leave steal it or something although she has my TWO CREDIT CARDS! Eventually she figured out and the first credit card worked. The lemonade was fine but from service perspective I would recommend other Auntie Anne's instead of this branch.

My son and I's fave pretzel store! We both love the almond and cinnamon flavored pretzels. Never get old for my taste buds even from when I was little. A go grab snack best for me. They have nice perks for frequent customers too.

I'll support. I appreciate how the buy 3 get 1 free is still there. For me, Auntie Anne's is a strong, underrated, and long lasting staple of Great Mall. Normally priced, I enjoyed all their flavors: hot dog, pepperoni, original, and cinnamon (that order). The sausages are juicy and the bun helps cancel it from being too much oily. The original is well normal and I wish there was more salt. The pepperoni has big salamis wrapped around it, which are good, And the cinnamon is unique but too much you know. The times I go here, I enjoy the food and that's pretty the important thing.

Love Auntie Anne's pretzels!! Every time we come to Great Mall it's a must to stop by and get some! My favorite is the sweet almond pretzel. Perfect amount of crunch and sweet! Wetzels Pretzel's just doesn't do it for me. My brother loves the dog bites nuggets so we usually get those too. Thank you Auntie Anne's for the yummy pretzels! And five stars to the lady working at the register for giving me a free drink! She saw that I was waiting for my pretzels for a long time and offered me a free lemonade. Definitely appreciated that!

Just had their catering service for my daughter's birthday party. It was awesome! Everything was being prepared without asking, tongs for the food, ice for the drinks, lots of napkins, lots of dips... etc. Definitely will order again!
