I was very anxious to try this restaurant based on the fact that they advertise juicy fried chicken. In my experience with many other restaurants, chicken has a tendency to either be over cooked or under cooked. bb.q Chicken in Milpitas delivered exactly what they promised, thoroughly cooked, tasty, juicy fried chicken. They offered several flavors to add on to the chicken orders. All the flavors sounded great but that particular day I was feeling like having spicy food so I chose the Red Chak Chak which is in powder like form and the chicken is rolled on the top half of the chicken. I was pleasantly surprised how good the spice and seasoning were. As for the French fries, I thought they were delicious as well. The real surprise was the pickled radish and how yummy it was. It added a sweetness that enhanced the flavor to the already delicious chicken. Customer service was excellent!!! The host was very accommodating and patient as I could not make a flavor choice for the chicken. He politely explained in detail all of the tastes individually which helped me make up my mind. Again Red Chak Chak is a bit spicy .

I was impressed with the size of the wings - I was worried a Small size would be too skimpy for $16.99 (8pc), but the wings were sizeable. 2 orders of the small was plenty for 2 people. We got a Small of the Hot Mala boneless wings and a Small of the spicy original wings. The flavor of the mala was delicious!! Highly recommended if you like Szechuan. It was sweet and spicy with a hint of peppercorn. The wings were also super crispy! They also came with the pickled radish. Please note orders to take about 20 minutes to prepare.

Customer service: Not great. The workers did not bring utensils to the table or any napkins or condiments. Even when asked, they claimed they did not have any salt, even for our fries. I find it hard to believe a restaurant wouldn't have any salt. Time: it took us almost 45 min to get our food even though the restaurant was empty other than one other person. Food: the chicken was juicy, but the breading was soggy and it was all lacking flavor. It would have been nice to offer sauces on the side. Original flavor should not equal no flavor. The fries had no dipping sauce or flavor. They weren't bad but nothing to rave about. I wouldn't come back.

Great service. Great food and great atmosphere. We ordered the doekbokki rosé. Not sure if I spelled it right. It was so good I had to order one to go. Kimchi fried rice with an egg added was so good. The chicken was hot and fresh. And, everything came out fast.

SOOO GOOD. The crispyness of the chicken and fries is top tier here. You can definitely tell they make everything fresh. I'm not even the biggest fan of fries in general, but sheesh the fries here are super crispy, the perfect texture inside and out and ratio of crunch and potato is insaneee. The soy garlic fried chicken sent me to flavor town and the batter was super crunchy and well balanced. Service was so friendly and she was great at answering any questions. Ambiance is nice and clean, spacious with lots of seating. Easy to park in the large plaza parking lot too! The only thing is the we needed to wait for almost 30 min even though it was pretty empty later on a weekday night. But I'd wait again for this, so worth it!!

This is located in the same plaza as Daeho with a bunch of parking spots. This plaza gets pretty busy so watch out for cars in all directions. For 2, we ordered: - Spicy Galbi Wings: 2/5 - Soy Garlic Wings: 5/5 - Rose Ddeok-Bokki: 4/5 - French Fries: 5/5 Everything was made to order so it took about 35 mins to start getting our items. Wings came out scorching hot! The spicy galbi wings has a smoky flavor with a spicy kick; wasn't a huge fan but good thing I only ordered a small portion of that. However, I really did enjoyed the soy garlic wings, lightweight crispy and very flavorful. The rose ddeok-bokki was super creamy and cooked well. The fries were lightly fried and seasoned, yum! K-pop music was playing and there's multiple TVs playing different music videos, so very entertaining while getting to enjoy the meal.

Highly recommended honey garlic wings! Service ambiance are good. They have online order on their website which is very convenient for take out orders.

I was so happy to learn that bb.q is now also in Milpitas! This is in one of the busy shopping centers by Calaveras Rd where Daeho and Paris Baguette are. We went on a Saturday night and there was probably 2 other tables occupied but we were told it will take 10-15 mins for our chicken. Totally fine we walked around the plaza while we waited. One thing I wanted to mention, I wish bb.q allowed for making 2 flavors for the medium size. We got two smalls instead which was a little bit more than 1 medium. This place is one of the few chicken places that I prefer the boneless chicken. The chicken pieces are always so big (compared to bonchon), crunchy exterior and moist inside. We got the spicy galbi and soy garlic. The soy garlic is forever my favorite here, it is super tasty and yummy, gets a tiny bit too salty but that can be fixed with some rice. The spicy galbi was not my favorite, I didn't like the smoky after taste. The spice and flavor was good though and my boyfriend did like them. Overall it is the bb.q chicken that I have loved for a while but in a new closer location! Prices are not bad compared to other Korean fried chicken places. I can't wait to try other flavors!

Came here for a yelp event. It was a Wednesday not busy. The staff was nice and attentive. The wings were nice and crispy. We got golden original, honey garlic and and galbi. A couple of the original wings were spicy so they must have mixed them by accident but it was ok. The honey garlic was my favorite. They were a little on the pricey side but I would mind trying them again.

I never had this type of food but it was pretty good. Kind of heavy like comfort food. I’m not into super spicy so we had the honey garlic wings, fries, and a Rose’ Ddeok-Bokki.Wings were nice. Super crispy skin and tender, moist meat. The fries were just ok. The Rose’ Ddeok-Bokki was pretty good. But it could have used more fish cakes. It was super predominantly rice cakes.Tons of passing here. And the person who helped is at the register was super nice and recommended the Rose’ Ddeok-Bokki.

Came at lunch with a group of work colleagues for a meeting and the workers on site ensured our party was accommodated. The food was delicious and more importantly customer service was excellent. I'm looking forward to trying different menu items and will refer my friends to visit this location.

bb.q Chicken is now my favorite Korean chicken wing place. I visited bb.q Chicken twice within a week. The wings are delicious, perfectly juicy and bursting with flavor. The batter really stood out. They have two distinct batters depending on the sauce type. The honey garlic sauce on the boneless wings had a light and airy texture, reminding me of fish and chips batter. The dry spicy batter on the bone-in wings was more crispy, like a seasoned popcorn chicken. Both were memorable. The service was another highlight. The front staff was attentive and friendly, making sure my experience was good. The flavors were tasty. I'm already planning on bringing my kids back to experience the delicious chicken for themselves. Overall, bb.q Chicken is a must-try for anyone looking for flavorful wings, crispy fries, and friendly service. Highly recommended.

Food is alright. Fries were very oily and the meat itself had an intense smell that I did not like. Service was okay as well. Ambience is nice and clean. Plenty of parking available.
