First time eating burger king, always a McDonald shake shack and five guys person.The fries in BK are REALLY FRESH and delicious, far exceed my expectations. We got a whopper and it's also good. I think they can be called Fries King! Will come back

Just ordered onion rings and fries with mozzarella sticks fries are ok, onion rings are soggy and mozzarella sticks dried.... never coming back.....

the server today seemed new, since he didn't know how to use ebt. Even though there was a big sign outside saying they accept ebt but it was a priority to teach all the staff. he also forgot a few items like our sauce and sides.

Not happy with the service. I walked in to order for dine in, no employee said "Hi" or "we'll be right with you". All staff was focused only on drive-thru. I waited 5 real-time minutes and then a female worker took my order. I ordered an Impossible Whopper Sandwich only and 4 pc mozzarella sticks, total came out to $11 and some change. Here's where these guys are doing something really wrong. They have two cash registers at the front to take orders and both have a plexiglass to create a barrier between customer and worker(totally get it). One of those plexiglass has a note, which is a paragraph talking about they don't have lettuce. Their workers were taking orders on the other cash register and did for me too, there is no sign there and they didn't even ask verbally as a courtesy to make sure if I still want to place the order. Their sandwich is $8.49 or something, not cheap but their service? Poor.When I was eating my sandwich I realized there's no lettuce, I went up to the register and the lady who took my order said "well we have a sign somewhere here that says we don't have lettuce". She couldn't even find where the sign was. No refund and I am left with a sandwich I don't like but forced to eat. Stop stealing people's money!! It won't hurt to ask a customer if they still want to place an order with no lettuce.Seems like there is no manager, employees are doing whatever they feel like. Pathetic, never returning.

They always use fresh oil at this location. Fries are usually fresh. Staff is very friendly. I go here often as I get coupons in mailers. Def a must for parents of fast food eaters.

i got breakfast this morning ( 2 sausage & cheese biscuits & 2 small hash browns) and when i got back home to eat my food the biscuits were burnt! completely charred & inedible. i live too far to waste gas & drive back to conplain but super disappointing!! and more importantly a waste of my 10$ .
