Options from a Chinese eater: The soup of the beef soup noodle is good, But the noodle is too loosen. Roujiamo is not good enough, either from the meat or the bread itself.

The 'sliced beef pancake' was an awesome app. I've never been here before and wanted to try something different. I picked a dried noodle dish with lamb and peppers. It was very yummy and it came out in good time. I'm very American, and ordered by scanning a QR code on the table - it was very easy. The prices were very reasonable and the atmosphere was relaxing if a bit basic.

The Lanzhou noodle soup here is outstanding – after trying three different stores, this one stands out as the best. The roasted lamb leg impressed with its tender interior, though it was a tad too seasoned and firm on the outside. Nonetheless, the tenderness outweighs this minor flaw, warranting a five-star rating. The beef roll was good, but unremarkable. Kindly noted that portion sizes are relatively smaller compared to other Lanzhou noodle restaurants.

Easy and fast service, and so many types of noodles! The signature noodle was on point. It's nice spot for lunch. I'll be back.

Got a stomachache and diarrhea right after eating there. Taste is not bad,but food is not fresh. Will not go back again to save my life.

Bad service! At about 8:40 in the evening, before we finished eating, they brought us packing boxes and left Dapu!

Saw this new restaurant in the Milpitas plaza and it looked really popular, so we decided to try it out! The interior is clean and bright with a decent number of tables. We tried the beef scallion roll, the lanzhou beef noodle, the curry beef noodle, and the pepper & beef noodles. Our favorite dish was the beef scallion roll (5/5), super light and crispy. The rest of the dishes were a bit disappointing, the hand-pulled noodles themselves were good and had a great texture but the broth just didn't really work well with the noodles, especially the curry one. As for the pepper & beef noodle, the sauce was overpowering with cumin. I did like the scallion roll, so perhaps I would go back and try other smaller dishes.

Pre-cooked food and bad service. The lady interrupted customers who are still eating asking them to pay first at 8:40pm, 20mins before they close. Will not visit again.

Good comfort meal, clean restaurant, & nice workers. Don't skip the appetizers (the mung bean noodles were light and delicious)!

Nice spot for lunch. I got the signature noodles dish with extra wide thin noodles. Wish they gave a bit more meat in the noodles. I also ordered a lamb shank and it was crispy on the outside. A bit pricey but the food tasted good

Food: - beef noodle soup: the beef was tender and soft, and the broth was subtle but flavorful. I had only a few bites but enjoyed it a lot. I just wish there were more beef. - bean noodles with chili sauce: the chili was flavorful and the cold dish made it enjoyable with the beef noodle soup. - wide noodles with house special sauce: it was okay. The sauce wasn't as flavorful as the one used for the bean noodles. Maybe there wasn't enough of it or maybe the sauce didn't stick nicely on the wide noodles as it would have on thinner noodles. Service was fast and responsive. The space was clean with plenty of tables to accommodate a variety of party sizes.

Authentic north west Chinese food.I recommend hand picked rice. And any lamb products. Noodles are generally good.Since all the people here are Chinese, I will write in Chinese. The hand-picked rice is quite authentic. It uses fennel, cumin, mutton mince, fresh raisins and stews it with the rice. The taste is quite harmonious and mellow. It is one of the few outstanding works using fruits in dishes.Place a braised lamb chop on top. The portion tastes larger than it looks and the amount of meat is sufficient (3oz total). I highly recommend it.The popular dish, Crispy Lamb, is relatively ordinary in comparison. The stewed lamb is prepared and then grilled with sauce and color. It has enough cumin flavor and is not particularly spicy, but the roasting is a little uneven. Overall, it is quite delicious.
