Gram cafe & pancakes

Gram offers unique souffle pancakes not commonly found in the bay area. The curiosity around the pillowy lightness of their appearance reeled us in to try. It was a warm day so we opted to try a box of their 'cool premium', which is a box of 5 chilled souffle pancakes. We went with the standard flavors: Vanilla, Matcha, Oreo, Ube, and Strawberry. Came here a few weeks ago on vacation. I didn't know they had Gram locations in the US. The last time I went was in Japan back in 2016 so it's been a very long time. I was so excited that I was able to experience Gram again for their signature fluffy souffle pancakes! There's seriously no where else like this no matter how hard they try. came here a while back when they still weren't open for indoor seating so we got the togo pancakes! there are 5 in the box and shown are 3 of the flavors (matcha, pandan, and Oreo). pancakes here are so soft and fluffy, and the cream inside wasn't overbearingly sweet either! I'm a huge matcha fan and loved the matcha pancake def recommend:)
