Food is good. Ambiance is great. Service could be a little better. Staff was not friendly when they were asked to correct an order they mess up on it.

I always forget to take photos, but they have the best snacks here! Popcorn chicken & calamari are so good and they give you a decent amount! Grab your favorite drink to go with it!

Been coming to this place for the past few months. It's usually quite busy even on the weekdays. Good quality milk tea. One time they messed up my milk tea order, but fixed it right away. Overall, a nice place with flavorful drinks.

The drinks are good. Some popcorn chicken tastes good and some tastes bad. I haven’t tried enough food here to know the majority of its quality. Atmosphere is ok. It does get crowded and loud. Parking lot is ok, with enough parking.

Updating my review to 5 stars. I have to hand it to iTea for always being consistent with their offerings even through Covid and after! Can't say the same for other places. You never have to worry about your tea tasting different because someone else made it or that it came from a different batch.

Food is good, tea is awesome BUT I placed an order on the app. Waited for a text to say that food is ready but the text never came. Decided to go in instead and there were no people in line or no people dining in. Four workers just looked at me weird. I had to ask if my order was ready. The food and drinks were already there waiting for me, probably getting cold. Super irritated at the lack of customer service. Do better Itea and hire better people. I don't think I'll be back. There's so many other options in Milpitas

just okay. the boba is nothing spectacular but also not terrible. the prices are good for boba in the bay area. the service is on the slower side (they seem to be mostly staffed by high schoolers).

My go to tea spot since I work down the street. I love anything Mango and they have all my mango needs

Order hot drink in this place and it took more than 30min to make. The person who's making the drink talks more than finishing his task. When I got my drink, it was already cold. Not going back to this place!

i-Tea opened where Mandalay Noodle was a decade ago. Small dining area inside. 2 tables outside. Minamal decor... Offerings (upgraded from origins): Jelly series, fruit tea, milk tea, summer frosty, sea salt kreama, iced milk, hot drinks, ramen, appetizers/snacks... Eats: basil popcorn chicken (9.50) -ordered at counter, kiosk also available. Ready 5 minutes+. Order # shouted out.. -big chunks of moist, not juicy chicken. Crunchy panko crust. Ambiguous flava leaning basil with tinge of garlic. *many shriveled basil leaves and whole garlic cloves at bottom of box. Flavas not infused into/onto chicken. 3.5 stars may not order pop chik. again.

I only have a few boba spots in my rotation, and i-Tea is definitely one of them. I can never get enough of the black tea & oreo creamy drink! I've noticed that this location is inconsistent with accommodating the request to add extra oreos, but it's okay. Food menu always looks enticing, and I think we do try a new item with every visit, but the solid choice has always been the basil popcorn chicken. Best place to get popcorn chicken if you're asking me. The breading on the chicken is perfect and even, it's still juicy, and oh so well seasoned yumm

I've been to to iTea over the years, back when it used to be $2.75 - $3 per cup. This is my go to for convenience, but not a high end boba shop that sticks out for me. I always get 0% sweetness since all the drinks already come pre sweetened. Usually plentiful portions of toppings are given. Most fruit tea drinks are made w syrups and im not sure if anything is made fresh.

Miso ramen was pretty good, unagi onigiri was bomb, and boba was average and enjoyable. I'd definitely come here again because they have a decent variety of food and beverages. The food was tasty enough that I'd definitely love to try the other menu offerings. Wish ramen had a spice option though ! But overall solid.
