Both the food and the service were good but the noise level (mostly screaming kids) was beyond tolerable. Not sure if it was just bad timing or if the neighborhood (and so the clientele) is just prone to kids that run amuck? Too bad, too, because it's one of the few remaining ihop restaurants that are conveniently located for us.

Went in for breakfast. Waited to be seated, Had a server tell me sit wherever and I sat at the most local booth basically by the entrance. Waited for a a couple minutes had another server ask if I needed help, said I needed a menu. Then was told next time to wait for someone to come have you seated. Told them someone did tell me to sit wherever I want And got a menu. Decided I can go to another place and have breakfast since no one’s sure what to do with me.

Well on Sunday I thought IHOP would be the best place for brunch. Everything is tasty here. I literally crave for their waffle and pancakes. It’s always worth eating in
Fresh, delicious, hot, clean, with excellent service by Luis! Recommend the Poblano Omelette and the Colorado Omelette, both come with sides of 3 pancakes, hash browns or toast. We got pancakes for each omelette and shared between 3 people and still had leftovers. 2 omelette sets with 6 pancakes can feed 4 well. Also ordered the $1 with any omelette order cinnamon bites which came with caramel and frosting dipping sauces.Everything was so good, even the cinnamon bites. Pancakes were light and fluffy and piping hot. Omelettes were non-greasy, light, full of flavor and cheesy! Coffee was very fresh and light, pretty good, not bitter at all.We will be back, thank you!

I was seated and it took a good 15-20 mins to be waited on the waitress apologized for the long wait I ordered and my food arrived very fast over all it wasn't too bad I will go back

They took a long time with my order, my steak was poorly cooked and the mashed potatoes were very stiff. They never asked me if I needed drinks or something else. Very bad service that day...

I come here maybe 4/5 times a week for just the coffee but when we do have breakfast here our favorite server Raven is so attentive and sweet we love how she takes care of us. Food always comes out good and the coffee but we mostly come for her service!
