Also I'll neve knew that's the "youtiao" if my parents never told me; thank you the youtiao remind me of how the rock taste like; it's so hard like the scissors couldn't even cut through and the oil color maybe from last century??? And is also experience for these kind of food? I would never chose this restaurant again！ #Unpalatable #expensive

I ordered lunch box from Weee, and I found the food was quite good and tasty. So I went to the restaurant to order takeout in person. I ordered soy sauce duck, and I was told this dish was pretty popular. However, I was super disappointed after I tried. The color was very bland, and no taste at all. Definitely this is not Shanghai style soy sauce duck! So I called restaurant to complain about this dish. The person who picked call simply said she didn't cook the duck and she could do nothing about it. With this attitude, I am sorry you have lost another customer.

Ordered online, although other dishes are okay, maybe above average, one dish has very bad quality. Cannot eat a bit. No money return just for that dish. Definitely not recommend. It is okay to mess up a dish, but it is not okay to ignore customer's reasonable request. I am not paying for a dish straight to the trash.

NOT COVID SAFE. Cook wasn't wearing a mask (couldn't take a pic of him) and was walking around talking with other staff. Pictured: woman making dumplings with nose exposed talking with other staff. Woman in ponytail with mask off eating and talking with the other two in front of the dumpling-making. I was going to give this place a try and turned around and left. (4/11/2021)

Hubby and I were so hungry late at night and we were just trying to find any place that was open during the time we were looking for food. This place is located in the same plaza as 99 Ranch. All the other restaurants were closed but we saw the open sign here so we decided to give it a try. The employees were doing us such a solid because they were about to close up but they were SUPER nice enough to take our order. We had no idea what we wanted. Hubby just picked a couple of dishes. While we were waiting for our food, we went to a nearby tea shop to pick up some tea. By the time we were done, one of the employees was outside the store waiting for us to let us know our food was ready! I felt so bad because how long was he waiting there for us?! I will say the customer service is top notch here!!! When we took our food home, we were so impressed with the dishes. Their salted duck was super flavorful, the beef noodle soup was delectable (especially the beef!), and the soup dumplings hit the spot that night! We will have to definitely come again. I want to try more items and I want to give this business more support for their delicious food and outstanding customer service!

Good food but I asked for Chili oil and soy sauce and the woman at the counter said no, I was confused because that's a staple I don't know how you can't have either. I asked again and she replied "we have Chinese chili, not the same as you white people" girl, I'm Chinese. I know what I'm asking for. Even if I was white, you're gunna refuse sauces you have available?? That's just bad customer service. She came back with the chili oil i originally asked for but no soy sauce . Thanks I guess?
