The franchise owner don't care about his store employees providing very bad service. I have complained about a manager spitting in my drink and nothing was done about it.This place should be closed permanently.You also have many other awful customer reviews.Customer service is not what it use to be. Sad.

Clean and inviting setting. Fast and ontime order delivery but with a slight and periodic mixup or miss to meeting correct delivery. This place needs diversity. The people who work here are predominantly Philipinos -- So many to the point it looks like this franchise is owned by President Duterte.

This McDonalds has now lost my business, i have attempted to use this drive though after hours several times and it continues to have the drive through area blocked off with cones and will not serve anyone! Several people were outside attempting to pick up door dash orders and all the employees were ignoring everyone at the doors. This is not the 4th or 5th time this has happened and I'm now don't with it. The signs say 24 hour drive through and they are never open after midnight, someone people work jobs over night and have no choice but to eat at these times. Terrible service.
Visited around 8:30pm on 12/2/23 asked for only 2 dressings and they only gave me 1. The lady working cashier was scared and said the manager said I can't give 2. Such a shock that as a customer I visit a restaurant mostly for the dressings . I only order fries and a drink usually, I won't pick this location to visit anymore. Next time I will just ask for a refund and go else where. Hopefully they change this policy

This McDonald's has a rare treasure: a play area for the kids. I love bringing my daughter here so she can burn off some energy and have fun. The place is always packed with other families who appreciate this feature. The drive-through is decent, but sometimes the staff don't talk much. I don't mind, they always get my order right. The only thing that bugs me is the ice cream machine is often broken when I visit. Maybe they should fix it or get a new one ROFL.

I usually never have an issue with this location. I always order via the app (for points) and pick up at the drive thru but this time we parked to pick up the food. I ordered a kids meal, extra fries and a drink. When the guy came to the car we let him know we were missing the kids meal drink and he went back to get it.When he came back to the car apparently the manager said our order was right and there was no extra drink. We showed the guy the receipt and he took a whole photo of it with his phone.He was super sweet and friendly and honestly seemed uncomfortable about having to do all of that. For the manager though to just not give things as they're ordered and paid for is weird.Not only was the drink missing but when we left I was missing my apple slices in the kids meal, I got two friend instead as well as my dipping sauces. I ordered 4 via the app and I got two.Definitely check your bags, go through the drive thru or just avoid this location all together. I've been coming here for a long time so maybe it was a one off issue but I'd rather not deal with the hassle.
