Been here a few times & always great service! Conveniently located next to the mall & gas station. Never crowded cuz it's not inside the mall. I just wish the gas prices are affordable like McDonald's ?Some of the tables today are little dirty since it's Sunday afternoon.

People were yelling at each other at the front window and yes the ice cream machine was working but they didn’t even bother to mix their valuable customers McFlurry! I am so disappointed and will never go to this McDonald’s ever again!

I went through the drive-through to pick up my mobile order, and it was just a regular process where I confirmed my order number with the staff and picked up my order in the next window. When I got to the next window, they said they could not see the order in the system and asked me to find my receipt. So I found the receipt and email confirmation and went into the store to talk to the manager.The manager, Trec, reviewed my email and receipt on the app but still insisted that he did not see my order in his system, thus refusing to make my food. Then he told me that I could call my bank and ask for a refund, but that he could not do anything even though this should be his problem. I understand that technical issues are normal, and I have been through technical issues with the McDonald's app a couple of times at the exact location, but not once have I met any staff member who was unable to help me. The manager refused to acknowledge that this was his issue and insisted that I should resolve the app problem on my own and with my app.But what’s more frustrating is the attitude of the store manager. Not only was he not willing to help, but he was also extremely impatient and condescending; he pushed me away verbally and asked me to step aside a couple of times while I was trying to figure out what had happened. He was extremely unfriendly and refused to admit that there was anything wrong with my order and that act like I was the one who was unreasonable and tried to make a scene, while from all the time along, I got everything he needed to prove that I made the order correctly.

This place gets a 0 star due to the employees rudeness!!! I order online to pick up OVER THE COUNTER! When I showed up it was closed! (8:30) a employee name Manuel passed by I kindly ask him if I can receive my order because I have no car to enter drive thru.. he said NO , IGNORED me and proceed to walk inside. keep in mind I Uber everywhere so I pull up to the drive thru WALKING no one is answering! My Uber arrives , I ask him if we can pick up my order via drive thru he said yes of course During the drive thru I told the lady my pickup code and she kept saying IT WAS INVALID! I was charge and never received my order!! very disappointed!

Went through the drive through today to get a frappe which they still cannot get right. Drizzle at the bottom seems to be the most difficult thing for McDonald's workers. Maybe they should have like a seminar about how to put the drizzle at the bottom. When the customer recommends it, how hard is that you squeeze the s*** at the bottom of the cup. Before you pour the other s*** in. It doesn't take a genius to figure that one out

Service is very nice here but food today was disappointing. Weren't even home to at least finish cooking it. What a loss guys. Please make sure to cook your pattys correctly.

The manager at this McDonald’s tried to overcharge me seven dollars and when I brought it up she became very agitated and at first did not want to issue me a refund she yelled at me and other customers and stormed off to the back and someone else came to refund me we need management they can act

Nice deals on the McChicken and mcdouble cheeseburgers. If you buy one the other ones a buck I believe. I don't remember for sure, but I'm 98 % sure that's what it was. Either way I got a very affordable deal for 4 burgers/sandwiches total.

Couldn't find my order on my app but I had the EMAIL showing MY RECEIPT. Lady in front was arguing with me and I couldn't get refunded my money or even get my food. Never coming here again...

Trust the reviews! Horrible customer service. Manager MaFelix is super unprofessional and doesn't even try to help resolve the problem. She automatically started yelling at me after I tried explaining to her over and over again I was having an issue with the app. I asked for a phone number for customer service (so I could get a refund since I wasn't able to locate my order number on app) and said they don't have the number and she walked away. I asked for someone else who might understand me better but seems like staff is intimidated by her. She started talking shit in Spanish. I tried calling the customer service after googling it but the phone service in the area was horrible. We left without anyone helping us.

As far as the food goes for this McDonald's it's fine. And the building and decor are nice and updated. But it leaves a lot to be desired in regards to self service. Never been to a fast food restaurant where napkins weren't already included with my meal nor was I able to grab them myself. Had to ask for ketchup and for napkins. Really just seemed like whoever is managing this place wants to cheap out as much as possible. I would hope that the drive thru service is better but I wouldn't bother risking it and would rather just go to the food court at the mall nearby instead.

The place is kind of small. But then again; it's combined with the gas station so is very convenient. The reason why the service is a low to the fact that he just consider us picking it up and not dine in
