The buns in the refrigerator are already stringy after the fillings are opened! Are you still selling it after it has expired? Very disappointed ?

I was pointing out to the lady that I wanted a order of cocktail bun, When I was about to pay i noticed it was not what I asked for, when I pointed out to her what I wanted she the had a rude attitude toward me and gave me the correct item. The food is okay Just the cashier is rude.

The place was manned by an over-half-a-decade old-looking Chinese lady who wants me to buy the whole store! Haha. I would if I could eat them all. It’s just different kinds of temptation- fried, steamed, sautéed and baked. There were even trays of extra goodies on a table ready to be picked unlike the ones behind the glass counters that the lady wanted to immediately part with. At first, I thought of buying the congee and steamed buns but I settled with shrimp tofu, shrimp balls surrounded with crispy noodles, a couple of egg starts and bread with sesame seeds. She was gesturing like annoyed that I don’t know what I’m missing with the mochi by the register and that I should ask her to pack another two orders of the sweet delicacy. I said, “Next time!”. I’ll even add a taro bun! Their dumplings double the size of the ones served in specialty restaurants was enjoyed at home by my two teens. Sure, these deep fried goodies are not good for you, but I do enjoy consuming these items once in a while. And true to promise, I will go back and buy the other ones I haven’t tasted yet.

Bought a Dozen BBQ baked Pork buns this morning from this place. Usually it’s good, but this time they sold me an imperfect pork buns! And the dough is missing some flavor at this time! So not the buns that I usually buy from them!

The worst experience I ever had in my life. Inside the restaurant, it was too dirty and unorganized. The food tastes were not good. And the cashier lady was so rude and cranky while I ordered the food. I don't speak Chinese and don't eat pork, so while I was asking her about the food and ingredients in English, she became mad at me. It was a super insulting and bad experience for me in California ?Here are my ratings:Food : 3/5Cleanliness: 0/5Food price: 4.4/5Customers service: 0/5Definitely, I’ll not come back here again. Please be friendly and polite with your customer.

Cashier lady was extremely rude. I would give her zero if I could. When we were ordering (with no one behind us), she kept on saying be quick, be quick. When we finished and asked her where to dump the plates, she kept on saying why you cannot find it rather than pointing towards the trash can.

Eggs tarts are good, however the hygiene of the place is most definitely substandard: not even sure how they can be open in those conditions: noticed food scraps and broken plastic forks peeking out from under the fridges, but one does not need to have very sharp vision to see that the the place is dirty in general … also no notice of $20 minimum charge for use of credit card…

WATCH OUT FOR YOUR MONEY! I recently moved to the area and went to this place for some take outs. It’s cash only without receipts. The first time I went I suspected they over charged me, but the cashier lady kept pressing me to leave as a long line behind me. I gave in and later found she double charged two items. The 2nd time I was told to pay around $50 at the cashier. I asked the lady to count items one by one for me as this time I wouldn’t give in for the crowds. She finally said oops she double charged me a $3 item. But when I pulled out the calculator on my phone to start adding numbers together, guess what? It is more than $12 that she overcharged me. I got my $12 back. I was also told by some local friends that this place intentionally miscalculates the total to charge customers more when they’ve already raised the price a lot. Be cautious if you ever buy things here.

This is a place I've been to for years, and Dimsum set lunch, egg tarts, baos, radish cake etc Went Monday and got a bunch of stuffs (frozen buns). While eating the radish cake, found a piece of plastic in the radish cake. Can't imagine the chemicals that may have leaked into the batter while steaming. Called to inform them and told them I already ate 1/3 of the radish cake and not planning to eat the rest hoping for partial refund or least showing concerns about their carelessness in food preparation. They told me to bring it back and added "what if you eat the whole thing and still want a refund or new item". I understand that it's not a fancy dimsum place but still, disappointed. Guess you get what you paid for.

The dim sum are made with good ingredient and decent size. Not oily comparing to many dim sum takeaway or restaurants. In addition to the hot dim sum, we always buy some frozen char sui baos and zongzi for next day (2 options rice + peanut or mung beans + salted egg yolk and pork. Good size!). Service is good. The guy ahead of us asked for a few piece of dim sum then change the order for lunch special so the server had to put the dim sum back to the steamer without a fuss. She was patience with me to decide on my order. We have only been here in the last 2 years and never have a bad experience.

Iykyk. Great dim sum takeout not to mention cheap!!! It does get busy so expect a line. They have most of the expected favorites - xiu mai, har gow, bbq pork bun, fried shrimp balls, fried taro, fried turnip cake, shrimp/chive dumpling, sticky rice, etc. The only item they don't have is the rice rolls. They even offer some lunch specials. Plus side is they take credit cards.
