The service only at the register. The cashiers are quick in processing payment. I see many people hang out there all the time. The tables and floors are not cleaned too often. My favorite items here are the garlic croissants and the curry bun. I don't quite recommend the drinks since they do take a while make and taste artificial, but they are very accommodating if you ask for adjustments.

The asain man was rude. We were at the register he was helping us and walked away to help the other register. Then packed our stuff and walked away as we were asking a question. This location needs to work on customer service.

I love Paris Baguette, so I really hope they improve the conditions of the seats! Many of them were visibly damaged, with torn upholstery and unstable frames. Some tables were unstable as well. Descent seats are very limited in this location. Workers are so nice and friendly. I loved the cappuccino. Service is great, so I hope this review reaches management.

I go to this location to get coffee almost everyday and for the past week now the coffee has been sooo inconsistent. On top of that, there’s a new employee there with purple hair that is so incredibly rude.update: emailed them and never got a response. on top of that my friend and I stopped here to get 0.29 coffee today and the person helping us started getting aggressive when my friend was confused on why she asked for here or to go on a salad that was already in a box…. it didn’t stop there though. I showed her my coupon for the 0.29 coffee and she gave us options that the coupon doesn’t even apply to and then when we scanned the coupon she said it didn’t apply and was about to charge my friend for the full drink price saying she wanted it but the coupon didn’t apply. I asked her if she could put in a drink that the coupon did apply to because that’s all we wanted to begin with and she said it only works for hot drinks when the coupon clearly says for a medium hot or ICED coffee. I don’t care how close this place is, i will no longer be supporting this business.
Not too far from home, one of the bigger sized locations, and lots of different options not typically sold at my local Paris baguette. The pastries are delicious and fresh! The service is quick, the store is clean with plenty of seating! Great place!!

Robyn was very helpful. She had good recommendations for what cake I should get for a birthday party. She recommended the Strawberry cream cake, It was delicious for myself and I can confidently claim that others enjoyed it as well. Thank you Robyn! Friendly staff: The staff even told me that my shoelaces were untied; it's not common for staff to have basic human care for others nowadays but Paris Baguette in Milpitas was very kind.

Poor and not polite service. When I smiled and said Thank you for the order, the cashier guy told me without any effort to be pleasant "Just go ahead". Go Ahead??? This employee doesn't realize that he shouldn't commend a customer with his Go Ahead.
