Pizza Hut makes the best pan crust pepperoni pizza! I love the crunchiness of the crust, the flavor of the marinara, the chewiness and amount of cheese, and slight crispiness of the meaty pepperoni. The store in Milpitas, on 102 South Park Drive, consistently delivers a quality pizza. I drive 25 minutes each way just to pick up this great tasting pizza!

My food had hair on it. The lady making the food had on no gloves or hair net. I told the cashier the preparer needed to have on gloves and a hair net. Of course, I received food with hair on it. I called the store 5xs, and they hung up on me. I had to use my daughter phone to get someone else on the phone a week later to report the issue. I was offered a free pizza. I want my money, not another hairy pizza. The cashier says I didn't get the pizza from their location, and I paid in cash. I used my credit card, and I have a receipt. I'm active duty military stationed here in CA. I will never eat at this location ever again. I will post this on every platform. No one should receive food with hair in it. I pulled the hair off after I had bit into a slice. Pissed?

Very pleasant and friendly staff ? friendly and prompt. Atomosphere lacking cause it's a walk in no seats pick up order system, so no hate. Been along time since hi school nights at Da HUT but was good Def recommend it's a life

This store opens at 9:30am.I arrive at 9:40am to pick up my order. The door was locked. I waited like five minutes for an employee to finally notice me and let me in and get my order

Ordered pizza from Pizza Hut after a long time and the service was on time and as ordered. Tried vegetarian and chicken barbeque pizza and both were excellent. Was surprised to see that nowadays they charge for chili flakes but that's not a big deal. We enjoyed pizza at the new Year party.
I dealt with 2 employees here. The male I dealt with at first was rude . I gave him a different phone number at first. When I came back with the correct number, a female helped me (she was very nice ). She pulled my order up to the counter. I told her that was my order. Out of nowhere, the male pushed her out of the way and said it wasn't my order. Told him it was, and he said no. They misspelled my name on the order even after I spelled it out on the phone. The female that helped me is the only reason it's not zero stars

Horrific bait & switch billing.My large plain cheese and large 3 topping pizza was 42 dollars. Both takeout.That price IS NOT what the website told me.Was forced to pay to feed my waiting family.

Pizza order was a bit cold and the so called 8 piece boneless chicken were the size of a grape. Spent over $40 and wasn't worth the money paid.
They delivered my order and forgot drinks, I said it was okay and went our ways. They ended up coming back to deliver it. Quality Service. Great tasting pizza.

The guys working over there refused to give me, looking at me like I’m ridiculous asking for 10 forks with super rude attitude.Will never choose Pizza Hut again for our to go pizza place
