If you love fruit tea and nitro drinks, then I'd definitely recommend coming here. I'm not sure how the reviews are so low but my drinks always come out good. Before visiting the location the first time, I've only ordered through DoorDash. To also preference, I always ordered my drinks at the lowest sweetness level (25%) with half or full ice. I also mostly order fruit teas. I love N7's nitro fruit teas and so I'm glad this location has different flavors from N7. They have a lot of unique fruit flavors like dragonfruit, durian, kumquat, soursop, etc. It is Vietnamese owned and so I presume that's why these popular fruits are on the menu here. They also have sugarcane drinks which is amazing! I definitely do recommend lowering the sweetness level because even at 50%, it's way too sweet imo. The interior is absolutely amazing compared to other R&B's I've been to. The space is super big and there's plenty of seating for large groups. They have wifi too so I'm sure it's perfect for working as well. They have board games which is nice! I think if it was not in the area it's in, it would be a more popular spot to visit. I've never had their food before so I can't speak on that but it's nice they have a wide variety of snacks and food.

I have been going around trying every oolong/roasted oolong milk tea in all boba tea stores so I am just reviewing this drink. I always choose 0% sugar and no ice. I give this a 3/5 from R&B tea. Was super confident and decided to "up" my drink to the larger one in a can. The tea here is slightly more milkier but unfortunately you can taste the dilution of the drink. Oolong taste not as strong. I am not sure if they use dairy free creamer or fresh milk, but I have recently found that teas using dairy free creamer taste creamier than those made with actual milk. The boba is fresh and chewy. The snacks we got were garlic fries and spicy popcorn chicken. Both of these were kind of salty! I did a take away, so thank god I had some rice at home because I really needed it to eat with the chicken lol. I'll give this oolong version a pass.

I love r&b drinks! Quick boba shop with kiosks to order from. I've tried a lot of drinks from them and my favorites are:-the yakult fruit teas -peach green tea-stormies Recently tried their durian milk tea and was impressed! Had a nice subtle durian flavor and was so creamy. I usually get their drinks less sweet especially the fruit ones since it is quite sweet. I'm not a fan of their snacks as I've found them to be a small portion and not very tasty. I've also found that there's def variations in drink quality throughout their locations. Other than that it's a solid boba place.

Every of them is plain and tastes artificial.Don’t be fooled by the nitro bottle, it’s really small and low quality.I had both durian milk tea and mango tea, taste is pathetically boring. The worse is I can feel the artificial flavors in my mouth after 2 hours….. the drink itself definitely does not worth the price.

It just tasted like air fried prepackaged calamari rings you'd buy at Safeway or Lucky's. The drink itself was okay, the boba was clumpy and stuck together and the milk tea tasted very standard. I won't be coming back.
